We were at FanExpo Dallas and the Spiderman 2099 jacket caught my husband's eye. We inquired about it and they said it was a prototype, not out for sale yet, but to expect to see it on the site soon. I planned to get it for my husband for Christmas, so no biggie - it's only September. We asked to try on other designs that were comparable so we could get a good fit, and they were great helping us find one. Well, surprise, surprise - the prototype just happened to be my husband's size! He got to try it on and it fit PERFECTLY. The materials and design were very good quality, and it looked great on my husband.

Luca said he would sell us the prototype since it fit, but he needed it to display for Sunday's show. We tried to arrange to meet on Monday morning, but unfortunately it wouldn't work out. Luca decided to allow us to buy it Saturday, giving up the opportunity to display it for others on Sunday. It was a very kind gesture, and we left with my husband's (very early!) Christmas present!

I purchased a jacket from a convention that was incredibly well designed and very high quality. When I got home I realized I got the wrong sized jacket and the staff was very friendly and helpful in exchanging it for me. Their staff is patient, kind, and helpful! it was genuinely the best purchasing experience I’ve ever had! They were eager to explain and talk about all the features the jacket had, answered any questions I had, and even remembered me when I swung around later on! The jacket itself is actually perfect. It’s high quality, with sturdy materials and stitching that will last through daily wear! They got all the details and it’s almost like they’ve literally yanked it from the show! (I got Gloria Martinez’s jacket)

Purchased a Jacket from them on the last day of Denver FanExpo, and despite having a tight budget and them being extraordinarily busy, the whole team was extremely communicative and willing to figure things out and get things done. Took a while to place/process the order due to being busy, but that's out of their control.
