LSO/ Lone Star Overnight Arvostelua 1 495

Damaged front door glass with heavier delivery package, no company response 1 month on. Driver threw package with enough force to dislodge lower glass from storm door frame. My wife, who ordered the package, contacted customer support to no avail. Outside of this glaring lack of accountability, they are the same as every other dime a dozen delivery contractors.

Missing package on 2 orders back to back. They said it was delivered to my front door. I have outdoor cameras and nothing. They provided a picture for “proof of delivery”
My door is brown with beige walls, the photo they provided has a green door with dark green walls. Make it make sense. How were these packages delivered to me?! And then they NEVER answer the phone and/ or reply via email. I believe for a fact, the drivers are stealing the packages.

It says my SHEIN package was delivered yesterday but I didn't receive anything!! This is the first time this has happened and of course it had to be with an order over 100$ the post office cant help and LSO never picks up their phone! a JOKE

My package showed out for delivery as of yesterday afternoon well this morning 05/03/22 it updated to attempted delivery unable to deliver due to gate code there is absolutely NO gate code to get onto my street or
my house so I’m confused you can’t reach customer service this is absolutely insane!!!! Horrible customer service horrible experience I would NEVER use this company every review I see is horrible

Ordered from shien and never had a problem with my orders but this time I had ordered on April 2 said it would be delivered by the 10th or the 13th well no delivery yet. And can't get a hold of anyone about my package it's sitting in houston north bound since the 15th
Then two days ago it said my town I live in but return to sender what does that mean it was never delivered

4-3 @ 3:34 Houston inbound scan @ destination.
4-3 @ 14:51 in transit Houston alternate day service.
Hasn’t moved since. I have tried contacting the company multiple time with no response. I contacted BBB and the company responded through them with an apology about the issue. They said they would get back with me. I kept responding I don’t accept the response. The BBB has closed the case saying the customer (me) was not satisfied. I still don’t know what happened to my package. I don’t know if it’s lost or sitting in a warehouse. I just wish the company would at least give me a response. I’m afraid to order Shein again in fear they will use this company again.

Said my package was delivered and signed for after 10 pm although it was never delivered. Couldn’t reach customer service left a ticket they never responded back. Poor service

Like others said, one star because one cannot give any less. I was supposed to received my package on April 24th. They have had the package (from Nordstrom since the 20th. everyday I have checked the package was still in the facility, with new delivery dates every day. Yesterday the 28th it was supposed to be out for delivery, at the end of the day I had a note saying “they attempted delivery but missed me” how? I was at home the whole entire time. Now it shows it is going to be delivered by May the 1st. Sincerely, I don’t believe it! This is a terrible company! Not reachable! Their website states they are open Saturdays at 10 am, well, the answering service says “closed for the day”
Really Nordstrom? How can they use this service?

Received my package around 8:30 pm. 7 days after promised day, but at least I received it.

I have 3 packages now that can’t be located because their LSO drivers are apparently incompetent and can’t find a correct address. I have contacted the company multiple times by email stating I’ll receive an email back within 24 hours and I have yet to hear anything with the first email being sent 2 weeks ago. Do not use them.

I wish Shein would stop using Lso shipping because this is ridiculous right now and this is the worst shipping company ever

IF I COULD HAVE LEFT 0 STARS I WOULD HAVE! THE DELIVERY DRIVER THREW THE PKG ON MY PORCH & HIT MY DOOR. I HEARD SOMETHING HIT MY DOOR & I JUMPED UP & RAN & LOOKED OUT & THE DRIVER WAS ALREADY DRIVING AWAY! I COULD SEE THAT IT WAS SOMEONE WITH A LONG BRAID BUT I COULDNT TELL IF IT WAS MALE OR FEMALE. I RAN OUT & YELLED & THEY NEVER EVEN TURNED AROUND. LUCKILY THE ITEM WAS METAL & NOT BREAKABLE. i CALLED TO COMPLAIN & WAS TOLD THAT THEY WERENT RECIEVING CALLS AT THAT TIME! AT 3PM IN THE AFTERNOON!

I ordered somethings from temu and my order was moving pretty fast until it got to the states and LSO took over. My order was made April 5th and the delivery date was 13th to 19th and I never got it, not a word from them or anything. I would suggest using other delivery companies than this one.

I ordered a package from FashionNova, and they had LSO ship and deliver it. I live on a college campus and while our mailroom closes at 4, there’s a large sign with directions for deliverers on where to place packages and who to contact for a signature. They’ve “attempted delivery” four times and I still haven’t gotten my package in a month. It was scheduled to deliver two and a half weeks ago.

I was expecting my item today because LSO had it listed as 'out for delivery'. I waited all day and about 7:00 pm they decided to change the delivery date to tomorrow. This is 2nd time they switch the date on me for the same item. 1 star is what you deserve.

If I could give less stars I would. This company should be shut down permanently. I've had a package sitting in Houston since April 8th and had to have it reordered and the 2nd package has been sitting in Houston since the April 19th. I put in 6 tickets and have not heard from anyone no calls no emails. I finally get ahold of someone and they say that they're 2 weeks backed up....Um the 1st package has been sitting since the beginning of April, it's been well over 2 weeks. I even asked for the specific location and I would drive there to get my packages, nope!

It says my package was delivered by my front door -at 5:14 am . Theres no package outside my house . I believe the delivery person stole my package . And i’m trying to contact them and they never answer !!!! Im pissed offf

Never received my package!!! I submitted a complaint and never even got a call or email it's been over a week and my tracking still says the package is the same spot.

I have been trying to reach out about my package that was delivered on April 21 it says it was delivered to the front door I have not yet seen my package. Customer is never available to take calls.

I ordered from SheIn last month and LSO was supposed to deliver my packages. It says it was delivered to my front door...I opened the door and nothing was there....and then you can't get in touch with anyone from the company.....VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS COMPANY.
