I reached out once with a question and did get a reply. It wasn’t super quick, but it answered what I needed.

It gave me a basic understanding of the subject, which is what I was looking for before deciding to go deeper elsewhere.

The layout of the platform was pretty simple. I didn’t feel lost while going through the lessons.

Getting started didn’t take much effort. I signed up and was able to access everything without confusion.

I managed to finish the course alongside my job, mostly because I could study whenever I had free time. That part worked well for me.

I’m currently taking a social media course LSIB online, and I’m really disappointed so far. A large part of the “resources” are TikTok videos that are essentially marketing for other courses, which feels misleading. Many of the videos are repeated across all 15 modules, making the content feel recycled.

The quizzes are particularly frustrating. I was taking the same quiz as my coworker, but some of the correct answers appeared for her and not for me. At the end of the quiz, you only get a score, with no feedback on which questions you got wrong, completely defeating the purpose of a quiz since it’s impossible to learn from your mistakes.

I’ve emailed support twice about these issues, and the only response was that they would “speak to management,” with no resolution. Overall, the course feels low-quality, almost AI-generated, and frankly a waste of money.

I did the Smart building and management training. It tasted 140 pounds , however after completing I didn't learn anything new from there.
The information was repeated continuously during all the course , there wasn't any useful technical or practical information .

I signed up for a Data Transformation for Change Management course. The entire thing is AI nonsense. None of it makes sense. The resources and videos that accompany it are just YouTube videos that are partially relevant. The quiz at the end of each unit contains nonsensical questions that don't actually stem from the course content. And to top it off, most of the answers are easy to identify as there are formatting issues on the webpage.

I wanted a jewellery restoration course but when I asked for details I received a generic message which completely ignored my original question.

If this is a sample of how they treat their students, I for one will not enrol.

I did the course "Global Certificate Course in Clinical Research Management". It was meant as a refresher, because I have been working in this business for 20 years.
For the basic courses I only skimmed the training texts and went straight to the quizzes. Some of the questions were really strange with even stranger answer options. I wondered which questions I answered wrongly, but could not see that anywhere. Once completed successfully, the quiz cannot be repeated.
For the courses on Safety and Quality the questions/answers were completely gaga and 100% not reviewed by someone with basic knowledge of the area. The Quality quizz had many answers marked with "incorrect"!
There were several questions for the definition of a term, but that term appeared nowhere in the sources. And some of those terms were actually relevant, so the sources lack relevant information.

It is obvious why one cannot review the wrong answers in a quiz: because that would make it evident that the whole quiz is a scam with inconsistent information.

The support chat function was useless, nobody answered.

Fun fact: It should not really matter that the page with the final certificate does not load. It would be worthless anyway.

These trainings are so cheap that they are indeed worthless. I share the suspicion of other reviewers that my training course was created by an AI. And then not verified by anybody.

I don't know if the fault lay with me, as I tried to purchase an online course that was being advertise to begin on 20 January. I tried to enrol on the 20th January but the website would not accept my payment. I tried several times before calling the number provided (0101 203 0144) several times to resolve the issue. The representative had no power to help except to pass the conversation on to the department or person concerned. I received an acknowledgement of my phone call and email and given a link for payment. I clicked on the link, made the payment, forwarding a screenshot of the receipt. Confirmation of payment nor access to the online course still has not been received except another email that re-sent earlier, acknowledging that the matter was being looked into but no acknowledgement of payment nor access to the course. As far as I can recall, I have not had this level of inefficient customer service before, which has led me to suspect the course is similarly not as well designed or fit for purpose as I had thought. With two degrees and two postgraduate degrees, I am used to more professional customer service from an educational institution.

I currently work in media law and enrolled on the Legal Media course to expand my knowledge. I did complete it and gained my certificate, but the course is nonsensical AI gibberish. There is no structure and it goes over and over the same points in every module. You won't gain any value from this.

I previously struggled to find accredited online institutions that offered genuinely flexible study options suitable for my shift work. LSIB's asynchronous delivery solved this completely; I could log in at any hour and still feel connected to the material and support system. The freedom to manage my own pace meant I could excel in my Level 4 Diploma without sacrificing my employment.

Please do not waste your money on this.

I can't believe that I fell for this, as I was going through the first module I didn't know why I was finding it so difficult to understand. By the time I got to the end of the module it was apparent that the course was nonsensical AI generated rubbish. Tried contacting them to ask for my money back and of course, no joy. Please don't lose your money on this scam.

Yes it's a scam and all the content is AI-generated. They operate under several names London School of International Business, London School of Planning and Management, and London School of Foreign Trade. Weirdly I have just spent a day using it and I've probably learnt something. But the content is half-accurate and requires a load of fact-checking so yeah, scam.
