The service and the staff, involved in my purchase, were all perfect/faultless.
What I needed was an unusual product so they had some made specially, then saved me one, till I could buy it.
The product (big lpg tank) was also perfect and well priced. Finally I ordered more fittings than I needed in the end. They gave me NO problem with that situation either.

Just a wonderful supplier staffed with great people.

Wonderful company with great traditional approach to service putting the customer front and centre. I had a problem and it was nobodies fault but LPG shop were quick to assist and resolve, replacing a sensor for me and shipping out straight away at zero additional cost which they did not have to do. Thank you so much for enabling me to finish my install in time for our European road trip. Very happy customer and great to see a company that takes pride in their business and appreciates their customers.

These guys are very knowledgeable about the items they sell. I was buying something just coming to the market and they were very well informed, perused late delivery from the manufacturer and sorted out my order as soon as they could. My go to place from now on

I ordered several parts to fit an external lpg filling point for my gaslow cylinders. They were promptly delivered but a small part was missing (this can happen to even the best companies). I emailed and telephoned the shop, explaining what was missing. They immediately sent it out by first class post and I received it the next day. This is the kind of service that sorts out the best from the rest! I can't fault this company for value or service. Fully deserved 5 stars.

I bought my second Safefill 10kg cylinder from the LPG shop, Leicester this week. I bought the first one in February for a new motorhome that was due to arrive in March and am delighted with the weight, ease of filling and as it is partially translucent, its easy to check the contents. The full weight is very close to a Calorgas 6kg, and as you refill at a petrol station, it is much cheaper than Calor. The guys at the LPG shop were very helpful. Both are highly recommended.

I purchased some parts from the LPG Shop website. However, there wasn't enough stock showing online to complete the order. I made a call and spoke to Wes who was extremely helpful. He took the time to check their stock and found enough to complete my order. The website was then updated instantly and I managed to order the correct amount. The parts arrived next day, in full and very well packaged. I would highly recommend anyone using this firm. They were helpful, professional and efficient. 👍👍

Great service and quality product at a good price

Quick delivery but i wish they would have more blue rail type part number 120210 kept in stock. I need 8 more of these.

Bought online,item in stock, arrived 2 working days later. Not yet fitted but don't expect any issues.
