The car was good, but . . .
The car was good, a good price, and the reps were pleasant and helpful. BUT . . . It was very annoying when your rep was not at the airport at the agreed hire start time. We were left standing with nobody to "Meet and Greet" and it was only after we had chased the company up that the car appeared. Not good.

Колата беше с забележки, но не толкова фрапиращи(задния номер дрънчеше, при пълен ляв имаше малко шум, единия светлоотразител отзад беше почти хвърчащ, и не беше отбелязан датчика за налягането на гумите. The reservation procedure via Phone was very simple and took only a couple of minutes.

Hatte einen Ford Fiesta bekommen.

Nach 100 gefahrenen Kilometern kochte das Kühlwasser.
Der Wassertank war defekt!
Kann passieren.
Doch der Service danach spottet jeder Beschreibung.
Erst sollten wir nach telefonischer Auskunft den Schaden selbst regulieren.
Wir sollten die Apschleppkosten bezahlen.
Nach zwei bis drei Stunden bekamen wir dann endlich ein Ersatzfahrzeug.
