LovingtheBead.com (tm) Arvostelua

They were most helpful - i could not open one of the charm bracelets i think it was a bit squished in the post maybe but phoned and they replaced it free of charge no arguements. They didn't even request the unopenable one back! arrived the next day so thanks muchly :)

Great product and great prices, together with quick delivery makes for an all round good website to use. Have recommended it already.

great range, reasonably priced and speedy service. I would heartily recommend lovingthebead.com

My first order was quickly dispatched and I was delighted with the quality of the beads and the price that I had paid. I was so impressed that I placed a second order for more, but for some reason my card was refused and I was unable to complete the purchase. I received an email from LovingtheBeads advising me that there was an unpaid order on record and I clicked on their link to request them to call me about payment. I had a problem with the link so emailed them and asked that they contact me as I really wanted to buy more beads from them. A prompt email response said that they would be in touch with me shortly. This was last Wednesday and to my great disappointment there has been no follow up call.

I purchased some beads for a bracelet after browsing the website. Great selection is available and I was happy with the prices.
Thank you

As my purchases this time were for a gift it is disappointing that what you've spent ages over choosing and is the one bead that was important and it doesn't come in the package but including an extra to help with the disappointment was well received

Brought a lovely braclet as a gift it arrived on time and was just as shown on the website.

......great service! would definately use again and recommend to friends too - No complaints at all, Thank you

Have ordered a few times on-line and never had a problem. Delivery always prompt. Had communication via e-mail concerning an order mix-up (on my part) and problem was resolved without hesistation

Have ordered with LovingtheBead a few times now and always find the service fast and efficient, even when the wrong item was sent it was dealt with in a polite and no-fusss way. Would recommend them to others without a doubt.

This is the 3rd Item puchased from Loving the bead.com and as before the items were fabulous, the service quick and safely packaged, rest assured I will be back!!!!

Good value for money, looks exactly like the more expensive brands. good selection.

Very reliable when ordering and quick to deliver, nice presentation in a black felt bag.

Brilliant service, speedy delivery.
Very happy with products

i woulsd strongly reccommend loving the bead, there is such a selection of beautiful beads at amazing value. All my family use this company. Delivery is very quick and the whole shopping experience is a pleasure. Thank you!

really fast delivery, bought from them a few times really nice products, always a great present for someone.

Reliable retailer with good delivery times. Very nearly 5 star satisfaction but for one bead - the quality wasn't up to the same standard. It looked and felt old/tired.
