Loving Apartments Arvostelua 

Wonderful website, clear and easy to use -- the only thing I found kind of annoying was the amount of time they'd hold your booking for. At one point, I received an "Expiration" email after only an hour. Still, the fact they offer a Hold feature at all is super convenient! Can't wait for our trip and thanks to Loving Apartments, we have a wonderful, affordable place to stay :)

I still have not been to the apartment i rented in Barcelona but the whole process was very comfortable comparing to other websites.
I had 2 questions that were answered fully on the same day.

A group of us have been to Prague approx 7 years on the run now & have always stayed in a hotel. Last year we wanted to try something different & decided to rent an apartment. After countless searches on the net, Loving Apartments was the site we chose. The whole experience was a pleasure from start to finish. Website is well laid out, booking process simple. Communication was excellent. Greeter was extremely friendly & helpful. The apartment was fantastic. We've just booked again for this year & so far (as expected) all has gone well. Looking forwards to another visit to this truly wonderful City. :)

We booked an apartment last minute in Barcelona. We recived immidiate confirmation with everything we needed to know. When we arrived we were met by a lovely lady who showed us around and gave us some great insider tips. We had one issue with out safety box and rang Loving Apartments who arranged for a rep to come over within the hour. The apartment was great and the service as we would hope. Thanks

It took me literally 10 minutes to find, compare and book (and pay for) my accommodation. The website is informative and detailed in all the areas I found useful. I hope our holiday experience in Sitges will match the description :-)

We rented an apartment from Loving Apartments in Sitges, Spain from March - May 2012. They were responsive and helpful and made our family of four's overall stay in the Barcelona area a wonderful one. Even when we had a couple of minor issues come up they were on top of them and had them resolved in no time. I would highly recommend Loving Apartments.

The website is great, the pictures are very accurate and the guide who meets you at the rental property was very informative and gave us the low down on where to go and where not to go. We are returning for our second trip to Amsterdam in a few weeks. I gave only four stars because the first place we tried to book was shown on the website as available (in fact, it is still showing as available but they emailed us back saying it was not available). I guess I'd give five stars to the company, four stars to the website.

Found this site so amazing and helpful. Efficient map tool really led me to find where I would exactly want to stay in Barcelona. Booking was simple and easy. I just wish that my expectations for the flat is met when I get there. I will definitely search for more apartments to stay through this site for my other destinations in Europe.

Having lived in London most of my teen and young adult years, I wanted to book a flat in my old neighborhood. The map tool was a big plus, and the pictures of each flat were quite helpful. Rates were very competitive, and the booking process was easy.

Found a fantastic deal on an apartment in Paris for April, with hotel rooms in Paris always being so incredibly tiny this is a great alternative and really comparable on price. Received a quick response to my booking request and had it all confirmed smoothly, really looking forward to my stay!

Loved the apartment so much when i stayed there with friends that i booked it for my next trip. Booking process was smooth and fast. Looking forward to staying there again on my upcoming trip!

Just returned from a weekend in Paris. Myself and my two kids had a lovely time. The person who met us at the apartment was great and gave us useful information about the area. Booking the apartment was quick and easy, and the company was very attentive to my questions.

Very clean, comfortable and cozy. Great location with lots of places to eat and drink near by. You can walk to all the wonderful Galleries and Museums in minutes.
In my opinion the apartment could use a bottle opener, coffee plunger and better water pressure in the shower. And toilet water keeps running so should probably be fixed.
It can be noisy in the streets below on weekends.
This is worth knowing : you need to pick up the key from different location which is about a 10-15 minutes drive away.

Well the people where very nice. I dont knowwhy they even answer the phone all the time because after hours no questions can be asked. Just close the phone lines.Much more frustrating when the hours are world apart. when I needed an answer I could only get someone to take a message. The site was recommended by a friend but if you are not an experienced traveler to the destination one of these properties is not for you.I needed a place for 4 people and most hotels do not take more than 3. Seemed like a good idea but not a clear enough understanding of how it works even after redaing the small print.Ex. How do I enter the property? Well after booking we will send you the information. The information said this person will meet you and you need to call them when you get into the airport.How do they think you are going to call in a foreign country with no phone. By a calling card and borrow a phone? You cant get all the info you need just booking on line.

The website was clear and easy to use, and the reponses to my questions came quickly -- with one exception, when it didn't come at all and I had to write again. But I'm very pleased with the agency so far. We'll see if the apartment is ready and what it's like.

As far as the apartment is concerned, it was nice, clean and spacious.

Only gripe I have is that when we got up the Sunday morning my partner was quite ill (and no, it wasn't a hangover!). We requested if we could stay for ONE extra hour, which we could of...at an extra expense of £70!!!
