I recently had the pleasure of using Lovemybathroom, and I honestly couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

From start to finish, the service was exceptional. A special mention has to go to Conor, the business owner, who went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. He personally travelled up to Aberdeen at 9pm to deliver the materials, ensuring that everything was in place for the fitter to begin work the very next day. That level of commitment and dedication to his customers is rare and very much appreciated.

Kris, the fitter, was equally outstanding. His workmanship was first-class, with incredible attention to detail throughout the entire installation. It’s clear he takes real pride in what he does, and the end result speaks for itself. The finish is absolutely flawless, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out.

Overall, the whole experience was seamless, professional, and stress-free. If you’re considering a new bathroom, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lovemybathroom – a truly excellent service delivered by a fantastic team.

My expectations were clearly met and indeed surpassed. We received our choices and had a visit from Kris (the fitter from LMB) who checked over room sizes and discussed options on the 26th February 2026. He forecasted that he would be able to start the job on Friday the 13th March 2026.... with the job being started and completed within 3 working days ...which amazing! My wife and I are absolutely delighted with the job and would fully recommend Lovemybathroom to other potential customers. Please note that this is the third bathroom that Kris and lovemybathrooms have done for our family.

The whole process from contact to choosing design to measuring to fitting was under 3 weeks, and all went smoothly from start to finish. We are very pleased with the final product, the look of it and the performance. We highly recommend Love My Bathroom to anyone planning a bathroom makeover.

Just had our new bathroom finished last week, we absolutely love it. We can not recommend the company highly enough. Each step was explained & communications were replied to quickly. The standard of the materials supplied are of very good quality. Our fitter Jean, I believe went above & beyond to deliver us our new bathroom in a short space of time. He worked none stop & resolved some very difficult issues with very old pipe work in our property. He kept us informed and made an amazing transformation of our bathroom. His workmanship was exceptional & he was always very very pleasant and informative. The company put a lot of trust in their customers as no payments are made until the goods are in your house & your satisfied & no payments to the fitter until the job is completed & you are happy with it. There’s not many company’s would offer that. I’m so pleased the company was recommended to us & I will certainly be recommending to others. Very good value for money. Just had my bathroom done with Lovemybathroom, the service was good and the fitter Jean went above and beyond to fit the bathroom. There was an issue where the cabinets were delivered in the wrong colour however Jean went and collected the correct ones the following day. The final star is missing due to the communication, I felt like the process could’ve been explained slightly better however other than that there isn’t any complaints. The bathroom is amazing and was fit to a high quality

From start to finish, the service from Love My Bathroom was absolutely brilliant. The communication throughout the entire project was clear, professional, and consistent. I always knew exactly what was happening and when. The team was friendly, reliable, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done to perfection.

The finish of the bathroom is great, every detail has been completed to the highest standard, and the end result looks amazing. I couldn’t be happier with the transformation! I would highly recommend Love My Bathroom to anyone looking for quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

Absolutely awful. If I could post photos of the appalling work they carried out on my house i would. They incorrectly installed a toilet which led to a leak that went right through the ceiling below. The main company took no responsibility as they subcontract the work out. I have all the evidence that they were at fault, including an independent plumbers report saying that the cistern was incorrectly fitted. He was shocked at just what a bad job they had done.
Edit... I have just received a threatening email requesting me to remove this review and threatening ME with legal action. Good luck, I have kept all the evidence.

Huge thank you to Conor and the team at Love my Bathroom. We have recently had a full rip out and installation of our new bathroom, with stand alone bath and walk in shower. An outstanding service, 5 star service. Would definitely recommend.

Brilliant service and price, bath and old suite removed and new shower suite installed in less than a week. The 2 fitters Leo and Tarcio were brilliant and worked so hard and I'm very happy with end result would definitely recommend. Thanks.

Correspondence was amazing. Any questions I had were answered quickly, and efficiently. The fitters worked so hard. There was an issue with the toilet cabinet, it wouldn't fit/look professional because of the way my small toilet room was. The fitter explained all this to me and made me a fitted unit. This has made the toilet room look amazing! The wrong coloured radiator was sent, but has been rectified with no issues and the they are coming back to fit the correct one. Thank you, I love it. 🥰

The only reason I give this company a 3 is because the fitting and the fitter were great
But when it comes to the company well that’s another matter
I would give a big fat zero
And he knows why and if he wants to respond to this review well I am waiting
He has blocked me
The after sales is a joke
Faulty appliance and it takes weeks to get it a new part fitted
All in all very unprofessional

Excellent service and great communication throughout. A good range of choice of styles and fixtures, which have truly transformed my bathroom. Fitters were excellent and worked so hard for 4 days! They were very friendly and professional though out, keeping me informed of progress and issues and fitted everything to a very high standard. Highly recommend.

Just had a bathroom fitted by Kieran and Lucas, first class workmanship, great attention to detail and all round great guys.

Fittings came as described and the quality is simply great, love the new bathroom, communication although via WhatsApp was quick and easy would recommend 100%

Just had a full bathroom renovation done by love my bathrooms was apprehensive at first as not a local company but the whole process was brilliant communication via the facebook page was fast and fitter arrived when stated- fitter Jean worked so hard and kept me in the loop throughout the renovation and made sure I was happy. Can hardly believe it is my bathroom was completed in just over 2 days which was amazing! Would definitely recommend the whloe process was stress free from messaging to first enquire to the bathroom been replaced and over 2 thousand pounds cheaper than I had been previously quoted and completed 4 days quicker! Jose and his team completed my walk-in shower today. They arrived promptly and got straight to work. Jose stepped me through the process and made sure that the handles in the shower were placed to my comfort and satisfaction. After the conversion was complete, he instructed me on the dual shower use as well as the shower doors. The team cleaned up. They were so efficient you would never know major improvements were made. Awesome and professional. Thank you for hiring individuals who take pride in their work and believe in the product. Kudos to them!@

Love my bathroom, the name speaks for itself. Kieran was a very hard worker and his attention to detail was outstanding! He was very polite friendly and tidy, a very hard worker he was!
