The lip plumper didn’t work either. Etc.
I could go on….
I cancelled my subscription after that episode
Then I get this email saying it’s been cancelled only NOW
After they sent me another parcel for $600. I called to complain.
I do hope head office listens to how rude this person was on the call

They absolutely do NOT stand behind their products! Terrible customer service. Purchased Spectralite Pro light mask 12/28/25. Two months in nose stopped lighting up. I asked for repair or replacement since they sold me an absolute lemon for $377. They sent me a link to a website that stated "This website does not exist." I want a replacement from LovelySkin. I would love to send their defective one back to them!!

I don't expect phenomenal customer service, but Arica M. at LovelySkin was beyond infuriating. It may be a bot. I have a problem with the consistency and efficacy of a product I've been ordering from them for a while. Arica is treating me like I'm stupid and crazy. They're telling me that nothing is wrong with the product when it's obvious to me that there is. I'm not getting any resolution other than to send it back for a refund or have another one shipped from the same lot. They must know the batch they received is bad.

Second order and same problem. Orderd a week ago and still haven't received. Not delivered and they won't do anything without researching which can take up to a week. No more orders for them. Stick to good old Amazon and have next day delivery.

I have made multiple purchases with LovelySkin and all have been excellent experiences. Website was easy to navigate; items were very well packaged and shipped quickly. Good pricing when they offer a promotion code. I had to call them one time, but they were responsive and friendly. I would absolutely purchase from them again. Highly recommended.

Customer service is the worst. They'll tell you everything is fine to use, even if a seal is broken or the product has a different odor or a product comes damaged. It happened to me. I sent pictures and they said, they acknowledged the picture and product seal were damaged, but told me the weird odor was just product variability and that it was safe to use.... umm no. I've used this product for 5 years and never
smelled this. I had to fight for a replacement. Another product, all in the same order, was old (color changes with age of this product). The other commenter are right, when its fine, its fine, but if there's a problem They'll try to gas light you into thinking its not their problem.

They jacked up the prices 30% for Black Friday. Like we don’t remember what we paid the last time for beauty care!!!

I’ve always found my favorite products there, with periodic specials and discount coupons for when products are not discounted. The products are authentic and of high quality. Their own Lovely Skin products are also of high quality.

I wouldn’t do business with this company ever again. I see their reviews are very poor and I must agree. They delivered my order to an address I haven’t lived at for six years and told me it was my fault. Hey here’s your bonus points and we will give you a 30 % discount. NEVER AGAIN. I would caution you .. when everything is fine everything is fine. It’s when it’s not is when the rubber meets the road. They suck!!!!! Take my word for it!! I’m out over $100. Thank goodness it wasn’t more.

I called and talked to somebody, I believe possiblycustomer service. I wanted to inform them that I received a dried out free sample in my expensive box of goods. It was extremely obvious that it was a piece of junk because it came with the sample solution all crusty inside of the clear plastic bag. But instead of someone saying, thank you so much for pointing that out, and letting us know, I felt this person to be condescending and completely unhelpful. I would be very concerned about purchasing anything from this company, considering how customer service is. I certainly would never buy anything again. You can find similar products elsewhere with better prices that work much better. Customer service is so important if you want returning customers and to give good reviews. Lovelyskin get a clue.

The absolute worst. Delivery is often delayed and customer service could care less. They use the USPS and it's always screwed up. Then, the company acts like it's not their fault once it leaves their warehouse. Hello, I bought the product from YOU! When you finally call after more than a week not getting your product (that's supposed to be delivered in "2-3 days)," no apologies, no compensation. They just tell you to wait longer. You have to push them and they finally will reship. Terrible terrible. There are so many other online product stores. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!

One thing I like is that shipping is free. I wouldn't buy from them if shipping was not free. However, they use USPS, which either takes a long time to arrive or packages have gotten lost in the mail. Wish they used FedEx or at least UPS instead. I purchase dog products from the site Chewy and I have noticed nothing but an amazing delivery experience.

Otherwise, have not noticed issues with products thus far.

The products ordered did not arrive as expected. Leonor Greyl products are shrink wrapped when purchased directly from or from top tier retailers. The materials arrived in boxes that were old and non-wrapped. In my experience these are samples or things that fell off trucks or discounted because of age. When I called lovely skin they fought t and pushed back for almost an hour on accepting a return and finally capitulated with a return shipping label which they charge for.

So much for a no questions asked return policy. The people helping me were quite nice but clearly this company is not fully transparent on the quality of the goods they sell.

The very worst customer service, ever! 29 days to receive a product that I paid f$20 shipping for. Arrogant, ignorant customer service, all the way to the top! Completely unaccountable for their process, how things unfolded & handling of products. Not once did I ever feel valued as a customer. Their intention was making me wrong. They even completely deny their own faulty process. My problem remains unresolved & leaves me with a horrible feeling of distaste in dealing with this company. Arrogance coupled with ignorance might be the very worst 2 qualities exhibited in a customer service representative. The worst!! Completely uncalled for. After I paid for my online purchase,they gave me a BOGUS tracking number which is being rejected/invalid by the so called courier company.

I asked for my REFUND 18 days ago still no avail,they want "to be seen as engaging" but it's all sorts of BS stories& excuses ...SCAMMER ALERT
