If I could put a 0 I would. This company also sell under KDMD and I bought a Witches tea caddy as a gift.
When I received it the lettering was not applied properly and black covering was not adhered properly, suspect it was a second.
I emailed to return it and sent photos to be told an independent assessor had deemed the printing that as part of the processing could be different and therefore as the item is useable there was not going to be a refund.
I was offered an 10 per cent discount as a goodwill gesture. I have refused it as this product is not of a satisfactory condition and therefore comes under the consumer act which has been relayed to this company.
They also did not put in the product description there could be a difference in the print therefore not providing a true description. If there was a slight change to the print I would not have wanted to get a refund but the picture and product reality were completely different.
My e-mails now being ignored too.
I will be taking this to Debenhams but cannot believe how bad the customer service has been from this company and want to warn other customers to avoid them.

This is a fraudulent company, please avoid!!!! For over a month ive been trying to get a refund and they have used every excuse and delay tactic going. Ive had to launch an investigation with debenhams plus contact citizens advice and trading standards. Delivery alone took weeks even though they are based in Leeds. They are literally selling cheap goods from China selling for a profit. Worst online experience I've ever had. Please save your money and don't shop with them.

Bought a dress which is lovely however it doesn’t fit and there was no time to get next size up as the wedding I wanted it for was that weekend, so I wore a different one as I had ordered multiple
Dresses from different retailers. I’ve tried to send it back and get a refund I had to email to say I wanted to return then they came back to me to say they would send another size I said I didn’t want another size as I don’t know when the next time I’ll go to a wedding and what size I’ll be, they then came back to me and said I have to take photos which I have and I’ve sent them on, and now they just haven’t responded so I’ve paid £56 for nothing, the whole return process is a faff and their ignorance is not acceptable. Avoid ordering from this site.

Bought a blouse via Debenhams. To return I emailed them as instructed. Then they asked for photos which I sent. Then offered 20percent discount. I said no thanx and have been asking for a return label every day but so far no response. I will get in touch with Debenhams as I bought via them so had no worries about returns. More fool me.

Terrible company. Bought a pair of shorts for the wife via Debenhams online. They were far to small. Emailed Lovelace twice to see how to return the product as instructed on the Debenhams return page and have received no e mail back. Will complain to Debenhams as they shouldn't allow a company to sell via their website who dont allow returns. I think they want you to give up if they never reply. Not happy.
They finally contacted back and asked in an email why I was returning the shorts, even though I had told them twice. They are now asking for photos of the front and back of the shorts, photos of the packaging it was sent in and photos of the tags and labels. They will then let me know if I can return the shorts. The shorts were sent to us with no labels or tags. People beware this company does not want returns!!
Update. Even though I let them know on a few occasions that I didnt have a printer, they would not send me a label through the post for me to put on the parcel. You will not get a refund. Everything is done to stop it. Complaining to Trading Standards and Debenhams.

Customer service re returns is terrible

Bought a bunch of blouses through Debenhams. They arrived 8 days after the latest predicted delivery date and therefore missed the event I ordered them for.
I contacted customer services to return the blouses and have encountered nothing but obstruction. First email I got back was a confused email about how "they saw the blouses were delivered and I loved them". Their words, not mine.
After sending another email repeating the same desire to return because of a missed delivery deadline, I was asked for a reason (which I have by this point given twice) and additionally, a bunch of pictures of the item and it's tags, and it's condition.
This company clearly counts on you giving up on the returns process by making it has convoluted as possible, so fair warning.

Ordered through debenhams I ordered a cushion inserts i thought it was for 4 and I ordered 1 which was my fault as I never read properly trying to return is a absolute nightmare said they could send digital label which then said they havnt got one and sent a link to print a label and could only send back if i take to next town near me 4 mile away to a certain shop explained I don't have printer and I don't drive i have had nothing back still not happy at all terrible customer service
