Totally fraudulent company located in Azerbaijan. They are a total scam!

I strongly advise against using this provider. The ordered goods never arrived. Although a contact email address is provided in the order confirmation, none of my emails have received any response. There appears to be no functioning customer support.

Based on this experience, I have serious concerns that this may be an unreliable or potentially fraudulent website. Caution is strongly advised.

I placed Order #2546 in January 2026. The order status said “On its way”, but no valid tracking information was ever provided, and the item never arrived.

I contacted Loveinloft multiple times via email, but received no response, and the refund has not been issued.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company and advise others to exercise caution before ordering.

I have order and fully paid but till now no receive the chair. When check tracking number, haven't has shipping details. No any reply from them. Today check Facebook page can't find anymore. Only realize I has been scam. Check their website all products is RM207. Confirm is a scammer. Will report #pdrm today. To avoid more people from this scammer

100% scam. Ordered end November and paid for express shipping. Still not received anything. Tracking number provided cannot be tracked.

I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with this company's service. I ordered a chair online and paid for it in full, but I have yet to receive the item. I was provided with a tracking number, but when I checked the status, the tracking number appears to be invalid.

I have attempted to contact customer service multiple times with no response. This feels like a complete scam, and I'm left wondering if my money has been taken with no intention of delivering the product.

I strongly urge anyone considering purchasing from this company to proceed with caution. Based on my experience, this is not a trustworthy business, and I am very dissatisfied with how this situation has been handled.

Ho effettuato un ordine sul sito LoveinLoft il 25 agosto 2025, per un totale di 43,95 €. Dopo il pagamento non ho ricevuto alcun prodotto né una conferma di spedizione.
Ho provato più volte a contattare il servizio clienti tramite il modulo presente sul sito, ma non ho mai ricevuto risposta.
Non esistono contatti alternativi visibili (telefono o email diretta), e nemmeno sui social mi è stato possibile ricevere assistenza.
Alla fine ho dovuto avviare un reclamo tramite la mia banca per tentare di recuperare l’importo.
Purtroppo, al momento non posso che sconsigliare questo sito.

I ordered their upright hydroponic system and paid online but never received the product and they don’t respond through their website. Replied once via their Facebook page but then never heard from again. Scammers and thieves and as a consumer there’s nothing I can do. They just get away with your money!!

They send you a fake tracking number to make you think your product is on the way, but all of this 15 days is to allow them to receive the money from your credit card. They also fake it was delivered. You need to report them to your local police and in Facebook to catch them.

Ordered a Laser Measure Tape €50 + shipping.. never arrived, sent emails to them never replied... TOTAL FAKE online shop!
