My experience
At first I had trouble with the delivery company and I had to wait some time to get my order. But, once I got in contact with the Love For Sleep company, they were extremely helpful and straight away started to work on the problem We had. We even got a small gift from the company for the inconvenience caused. After how it ended I have to say, problem can come up at anytime, but for me the most important gesture is, if the company takes the responsibility and their time to fix the problem(which was caused by the delivery company and not
even by them). Nowadays I believe, it doesn't always happen by all companies! So at the end I have to say this company definitely has a professional behaviour and a good customer service!

Dear Sultan,
We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.
Regarding the colour, the representation on the website accurately reflects the actual product and colour. To provide a realistic experience, we showcase the product in a room with varying sunlight angles, resulting in shadows on some parts and brighter spots on others, just as it would appear in a real environment. Additionally, due to differences in device screen brightness, the colour may appear brighter or darker in some cases.
Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. If the colour doesn't meet your expectations, please contact our Customer Team to arrange a free return.
Thank you for your understanding.

Dear Umer,
Thank you for your order and feedback.
While 99% of our orders are delivered within 24 hours through next-day delivery, occasionally circumstances beyond our control may extend the timeframe to 48 hours, as was the case with your delivery. We apologise for the additional day it took but your order was still delivered on time within our specified timeframe as stated on our website.
Regarding the color, the representation on our website accurately mirrors the actual product. We present the product in various lighting conditions to offer a realistic experience. Device screen brightness differences can also impact color perception.
Your satisfaction is crucial to us and if the color doesn't meet your expectations, please contact our Customer Team for assistance in arranging a return.
Thank you for your understanding.
