Commande passée en avril non reçue à ce jour 3 juillet une réponse pour presser le transporteur mais rien de changé une belle arnaque!

I'm still waiting for my order, ordered on 04.05.2026. According to the tracking, it should have been received on 10.06, but it hasn't reached me. In correspondence, they claim that there are many orders, the shipping time has been extended because of this, they keep asking to wait, but there is no result.
Fake website! Their page of the same name has also disappeared from FB, but the website still exists.

Di Daniel che gente di ........non comprate niente e una truffa

Contacted them on June 16 and they said it is because the agency that delivers is very busy and I should be a little more patient while they contact them

Passé la commande le 11 Mai et toujours Rien et ce Daniel mais je pense que c'est plutôt l'IA qui s'en charge pour répondre !

Placed order on May 15,2026 and says it was delivered to my address on June 11, 2026. Delivery by Star Wish company, based in China, to my mailbox, in which it would not fit. I have been home looking after my elderdy father and nothing has arrived, no one riged the bell, called or text about the delivery.

I placed my order in April , after a number of emails and being fobbed off I have yet to receive anything . Do not shop with this company as you will never get your order.

My order never came after over a month. Repeated requests for information were evasive and changed from we will check and it has been delivered.

Do not buy from this site it is a fake . They take your money and don’t deliver your goods

It's a scam. They don't send anything. They just trick you into thinking the item is on its way, and then suddenly: "The item has been delivered," but you have nothing :(

With a short reseach i find out this company is fake and they dont deliver anything. There is no real company exist behind this name and theyr prices are extremely low, so its not possible to sell even with so low prices. Criminals for sure behind this name and fake netstore. Dont order or you will loose your money for forever.

Wish I'd looked at reviews before order. Like many on here shows delivered after complaining received email from Daniel like many other saying he would look into it ...has there been appropriate communication from Daniel ...that would be a NO

Just don´t. I have been waiting for two months now for my delivery and every time I contact them I get the same story about how their logistics agent is dealing with a large number of packages but has been asked to prioritize mine. I have filed a claim with my bank, denounced them to the Spanish authorities, and will be filing a consumer complaint with the proper channels in China.
