Ordered the shoes on Monday evening and the shoes had arrived on Wednesday morning - shoes were exactly as described and fit perfect! Will definitely be returning to purchase more in the near future

The pair you purchased were described in fair condition due to signs of wear (all of which were shown in photos on our website).

You sent us an email on 23/05/2024 explaining you were unhappy with your order, to which we responded to the following day, informing we would be more than happy to accept a return and issue a full refund.

We work extremely hard to maintain a great customer service, it is our utmost priority which I’m sure you can see via our other reviews.

It has now been just over a week since we responded with our offer of a refund and we haven’t heard anything in response. We hope we are ok to assume you are now happy with your order and intend on keeping them.
