Love Cocoa Arvostelua 

I had ordered an advent calendar for gifting, but when I tried to pay with Apple Pay , it erroneously changed delivery address to the billing address. I raised this with Love Cocoa and they resolved the issue. The recipients received their order today and loved it . My husband and I have been using Love Cocoa for a couple of years now and recipients have always given great feedback about their products!

I ordered a gift that was to arrive in time for a birthday, and paid extra for next day delivery. The order was dispatched *four* days later, and was therefore late. I contacted the company to ask for a refund for the extra postage, and received a generic, empty cut-and-paste holding reply. I'm still waiting for an actual response.

Just finished a box of their Signature Chocolatier Selection. Absolutely beautiful quality and a lovely selection of flavours. Pricey but for a special occasion or an indulgent treat they are highly recommended. One minor point, as my wife is a coeliac, a breakdown of the ingredients in each type of chocolate rather than an overall list would be appreciated.

Had the most fantastic chocolate selection box from Love Cocoa last week. Such a great range of flavours.

Excellent quality

I bought the Strawberry Champagne 35$ White chocolate and was mortified to find a hair stuck inside the chocolate.

I'm sure this was an honest mistake but for the price point I couldn't not share this as it is really shocking.

I hope they do better by their customers in the future...

Bought an Easter egg as a gift for an old friend via Amazon, not a cheap product by any stretch at £26.95!

Product was delivered quickly inside its (undamaged) box but the egg itself was damaged, only partially wrapped, misshapen and in pieces - what a mess and a total scam!!

This company don’t appear to acknowledge complaints or even provide refunds, feels like a report to Trading Standards is needed.

Thanks for ruining an Easter present Love Cocoa.

Edited to add: it’s now two days later and despite promises to resolve my complaint and provide a replacement / refund, it looks like their words are just as hollow as their Easter Eggs?

My vegan chocolate Easter egg has arrived with the silver covering open and the egg exposed so I am unable to give it to my daughter in law at Easter :( very disappointed ☹️

Ordered Patisserie Selection ,arrived without any type of packaging with an enormous delivery label defacing the whole of the central part of the box completely obscuring the company logo etc.Lovely box completely defaced making it look cheap & tacky.
Not fit to give as a valentine gift as it appears that sellers did not think it worth using an inexpensive cardboard box to protect their product.

After a long search for peppermint bark white chocolate as a substitute for Ghirardelli, I came across Love Cocoa's offering and decided to take the plunge. Extremely fast delivery - ordered 4th January, was dispatched same day and arrived in Glasgow on the 6th! More importantly however, it's beautifully packaged, delicious and creamy chocolate that definitely won't disappoint.

Amazing advent calendar - great design, really chunky with lovely chocolates. This will be my go-to advent calendar.

I made an order on 27 November 2023 using Royal Mail Tracked 48hr, and was told I can expect to receive my parcel in 2-4 days. The order included an advent calendar which was a gift, which even with the latest delivery estimate of 4 days would have arrived on 1 December. I received a despatch email the same day but Royal Mail have not received the parcel. 8 days went by and I have heard nothing further, so I contacted customer support and did not receive a response. I followed up again a couple of days later and still have not received a response. No idea where my order is or whether I will even receive a response from Love Cocoa. Disappointing experience as a first time customer

They've really gone downhill since their 'reshuffle'. Had used them quite a lot for a few years, and recently tried to place another order. I needed a simple refund for missing items and couldn't get anyone in the company to help sort it out. Ended up having to do a charge back through my bank. Shame, it had been a good product and company, but no longer.

Great advent calendars and amazing oat milk chocolate. Will be ordering more for sure. Parcel arrived in 24 hours.

We ordered a large number of calendars to give to our department as a Christmas gift and the customer service was great from start to finish. Ruben was so helpful on emails and responded really quickly. Everyone has said how beautiful the calendars are again this year (this is our third year in a row of getting them as they're the best!) and we couldn't be happier. Thank you all very much!
