Just another middleman store
Just another middleman store, sitting between big European warehouses and the customer. They refuse to take any responsibility whatsoever, hiding behind mealy-mouthed AI-generated replies while trying to dump their own problems onto the distributor.
I waited over two weeks just to receive the item. One of the devices turned out to have a US 110V plug that can't run without an extra voltage converter — despite the website clearly listing it as the European 220V standard. The seller did admit there was a problem, but three months later they're still "handling" it: fobbing me off with copy-paste replies, and after I proposed returning the item for a refund, they simply stopped responding altogether.
Bottom line: this store doesn't have the working capital to actually stand behind its products. They cut corners everywhere, and every "guarantee" on their website is nothing but empty words.
I would strongly advise against doing any business with them.

Placed an order - got fast confirmation and clear further instructions.
If you look for something specific - better make sure if it is in stock at the moment (just in case).
I was a little worried at first because of a 1–2 day delay, but everything turned out well. I called Client Support and spoke with a very friendly and helpful lady who reassured me and helped sort everything out.
The order was handed over to the courier, and I received the tracking number just a couple of hours later. A day or two later, the full order arrived safely at my doorstep - in a safe and discreet packing.
Very happy with how everything was handled. Thank you to the Client Support team!

⚠️Avoid at all costs
⚠️Placed an order on July 22. By July 24th I asked for a cancellation and refund since I got no confirmation of my order, no tracking - zero.
They told me they need to "confirm my identity." After they confirmed it, they accepted my refund request AND I got a confirmation for my order being processed the next day.
It's now August 10. Over 16 days since I asked for a refund and one has not been issued.
⚠️⚠️⚠️When I asked for any kind of evidence that it's being processed, they stopped replying altogether.
The last reply I got was 4 days ago on August 6th, "Hello ____, You're very welcome. We'll be in touch as soon as we have an update from our accounting team on the refund. Thank you for your patience."
Compared to an actual legit store - Njoy's official store - I placed the order on August 4th, they confirmed it immediately. and shipped it same day giving me a tracking number - its now being delivered. Not saying this to throw shade, just illustrating what an actual store's turn around time is.
UPDATE: in response to your comment and explanation for why a MONTH later I’ve received:
- no refund
- no confirmation of order dispatched or tracking number
Here is the exact words you wrote to me on July 31st :
Dear _______,
We have reviewed the full history of your order and confirmed that on 24 July you requested its cancellation. The order was therefore cancelled in our system and was not sent for processing, packing or dispatch. For this reason, no tracking number or further shipping updates were generated.
The refund request has already been forwarded to our accounting department. Please note that processing the refund may take a little time, depending on the payment method and your bank.

Now you’re saying the order was dispatched and that’s why there’s no refund. The truth of the matter is… you took my money, could provide no proof of shipping, then could provide no proof of refund, and that’s why I now have to wait 60 days for a chargeback. Absolute joke. 🤷♀️😄

A few facts for anyone reading this. The order was placed on 22 July and cancelled at the customer's request. By then it was already in progress: turning around a parcel that is already on the road takes longer than cancelling one still at the warehouse — it has to travel back, be located and be received again. That is where the time went.
Once the parcel was back with us, we were ready to close the refund. By that point, however, the customer was claiming the same €137.99 twice: on 22 August through a dispute with her bank, without telling us, and on 27 August by email to us, asking where the money was. We learned about the dispute from our payment provider, not from the customer.
The money was charged back from us on 26 August. We did not contest the dispute and we will not. The customer never had to return anything or pay anything.
One last point. The 60 days the customer refers to is the timeline of a bank dispute, not ours. A refund made directly by the seller takes a few days. By choosing the bank, the customer also chose that timeline.
