This company is the biggest joke I have encountered in many years buying products online. I ordered a watch on April 11th and they immediately charged Amy credit card for the purchase. It has been 35 days I haven't received the watch yet. Since they don't have a telephone listed for Customer Service, you are forced to send them e-mails only, and they keep sending the same generic message every time you try to request information about your order. It has been the most frustrating experience.... I don't understand how this company can remain in business..... This is total scam.....

Received the wrong watch and it's been 2 months since I informed them, they ask for a picture of the wrong watch, wich I sent and nothing. I wrote back a lot of Times asking for my watch and nothing. The one I've Received is cheap cheap cheap so be aware not to ordre anything. I wanted to put 0 star, not possible.

I purchased six watches and they did not meet my expectations and I decided to return them. Initially it was incredibly difficult to get anyone to to respond to my email to get authorization to return the product. I returned their watches 45days ago, I have confirmation they were received and I've emailed over 10-12x's requesting my refund and now they won't respond or refund the purchase price. DO BUY THIS PRODUCT/DON'T TRUST THEM!!!

Received the watch (Titan - Rose Gold), which cost $77. The watch's quality is very poor (you may buy it for $5 in a budget shop). I do not recommend Louis Bellucci's female watches. The customer service is poor. It took more delivery time than on the website.
The quality of the watch is unbelievably poor compared to the online reviews.

I have reported this company - this place is a total scam - George replied to my email asked me to send the most poor quality cheap watch back - for which I paid shipping - I sent tracking details and showed the delivered status - sent several emails after - George had approved the return - now this person Mr George owner of Louis Belluchi does not respond and I did not receive my refund . This is a total total scam . Never buy the most filthy quality watches advertised as the most perfect ones - such a scam . George / Louis Belluchi find something better to do than scamming others . You are being reported for fraud and cheating.

I received the watch after one month. It is of very cheap quality and not working at all. It’s just a fashion watch and not one genuine one. I asked for a return and there is no response to my email. Please do not order from here . It’s a total scam.

It arrived 1 month after order not the 10 days because it’s made and distributed in CHINA !! The company that takes your money is in USA.
The watch does not work and the company refuses to reply to emails,

TOTAL SCAM - don’t give your money to these thieves. Watch ordered and paid for on 09/12/25 and as of 08/03/26 nothing received. I’ve sent 257 emails asking where it is and they send a fake tracking link. No watch. No refund. No customer service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Please do not attempt to buy. I bought something that look nice as shown on their advert but they sent a completely smaller size watch meant for ladies with very inferior quality. I think it is high time UK government protect their customers from this con man or woman. Everything they said on their advert including life time warranty are fake, order comes from China but sound Italian, they have never replied to my email, therefore there is no way you can return your order. This is a complete SCAM that needs to be investigated.

This company or scam shouldn't even get one star.
I purchased a watch which was damaged. No reply to emails. No refund or replacement. The box came completely damaged. Im being totally ghosted!!!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
