I had an question regarding a return and refund. My email was answered within 15 mins and problem solved!

I had to contact support as my order was not providing any information. KAI the assistant was extremely helpful and gave me all the information I needed to know

Wish there were more plus size options but overall good stuff.

I got the wrong order, but customer support was very quick to help me and even let me keep the wrong order. The customer support was very nice, quick response, warm communication.

Ive been sent a gift card as refund when I specifically asked for it to be sent to original payment method to say im disappointed is an understatement, (I've now been responded to and they have sorted this for me much appreciated

I had an issue with the sizing on their website. After numerous requests, only one person was able to answer my question correctly.

I emailed customer service about a return, and had a response within 5 mins from Finn. Issue resolved in 10 mins. Gave 4 stars as next day delivery wasn't delivered but never mind.

I love the styles and if there’s ever an issue they work with you to resolve it immediately

Bit of a mixed bag. Some stuff fits really well and looks decent, other items are way off and feel pretty poor quality. Sizes dont seem consistent at all which makes ordering hit and miss.
