Lottie was incredible! She booked us the most amazing holiday to Oman. Everything was perfect and we had the best time. She even thought of all the little things like arranging with the hotel a surprise birthday cake for our daughter which we had no idea about! She took all the stress away from organising our holiday and just made it so fun and easy. We honestly couldn't recommend her more!
Lottie made great suggestions on where to go, given dates, type of holiday and budget. She suggested where to go and gave me some options to consider. Then she sorted all the rest! We had a great weekend without the admin of having to plan and book it myself.
I cannot thank Lottie enough for sorting out a cruise for my dad, myself and my sister. Lottie has helped my dad feel completely in control of the process while liaising with me at the same time. She has taken her time to ensure that dad feels listened to by ringing him at various stages- Lottie also took the initiative to send dad hard copies of the booking details/itinerary which completely reassured him! I have to say, I usually book holidays by myself spending hours in the process looking at all the options- but Lottie took complete control finding us a holiday well within dad’s budget.
