Brendan and Josh were friendly and efficient and I was pleased with both their workmanship and the quality of the windows they fitted. The whole process of dealing with Lothian Glass from the initial measuring up to the installation was stress free. I highly recommend Lothian Glass for both their service and quality of product.

Unfortunately, I noticed today a bedroom window had been hit by a stone leaving a large crack and hole. I was worried about the hassle to get it fixed and the cost of the repair. But there was no need!
From phoning Lothian Glass to get a quote for fixing it, to Brendan arriving to measure up, and then he returned to fit the new unit - it took under 75 mins. Great service from start to finish and I can sleep better knowing it's fixed. Brendan cleaned up well too. The cost was reasonable too.

Had Bruce out today to replace the lock in our window. He was very helpful and pleasant. He explained what had gone wrong. He replaced the lock and double checked that it was all ok before leaving.

Had new windows and a new front door installed recently by Lothian Glass. Very straightforward process, with a quick response to my initial query followed by discussion of requirements and measuring up prior to a quote. No sales pressure. Lothian Glass ask for a reasonable 15% deposit, with the balance paid following completion.

Work commenced promptly on the date agreed, with Brendan and Josh working hard to complete the work to a high standard. Very helpful and reliable guys, who discussed exactly what was needed as work progressed. Windows and door look good, waste was removed and the work area left clean. Excellent, competent work at a fair price. Would use Lothian Glass again and recommend them.

I have dealt with this company for many years and they have supplied windows to both of my houses and for my colleague at work, has two houses. We had one double glazing panel, which was not supplied by them, it had blown and was frosting inside. The process of ordering, manufacturing and replacing was so easy and the price was good. Davie and Cammie made a first class job of installing hinged secondary glazing panels, one for each window, allowing easy access to the outer windows. Now we cannot hear noise from the road adjacent to the house, and have a calm and peaceful sittingroom and kitchen. Thank you Lothian Glass for your thoughtful advice and great workmen!

They responded quickly to my request, did what they said they would do, updates and time frames were accurate and the fitter, Mark was quick, efficient, thoughtful, friendly and made the fitting process hassle free.
