Incorrect Delivery: Private Select Sent Instead of 10-Year Single Barrel
I ordered the Penelope Estate Collection 10-Year Single Barrel. The bottle shown on the Lost N Liquor website is exactly the one I wanted, and that is the reason I chose to purchase from this store. However, the bottle I received is a Private Select, which is not the item that was advertised. I am very disappointed, as I can purchase the Private Select at my local liquor store without paying any delivery fees. Also, I am now stuck with a bottle that I did not want.

Impossible to get a hold of to alter the order. No response to the email address on their site for customer service, and they never picked up the phone

Don't buy from them
First order came with one of the bottles badly broken and the box soaked with the alcohol. Things happen.
I have made 4 attempts to contact them with no luck. Don't buy from them.
