Lost in Frenchlation Arvostelua

Lost in Frenchlation is my favorite pastime in Paris. As a film student, it is not only a fabulous way to broaden my horizon of French films, but it also allows me to connect with other expats in Paris and improve my French language skills. I have met so many wonderful friends through this program, and it is a pleasure to have something to look forward to each week. Screenings are shown in multiple cinemas across Paris with English subtitles, so it is easily accessible for everyone. Plus, most screenings are followed by Q&As with the cast/crew… something exciting for more than just film students ;)

Lots of fun for people who don't speak French but like French movies

Lost in Frenchlation is my favorite thing I've found in Paris: hands down. I'm not usually a regular to any coffee shop: I like trying new things. But I've accidentally become a regular to LIF screenings. I love it that much.

Lost in Frenchlation is a great experience for those who want to enjoy French films with English subtitles. Furthermore, most events are accompanied by exciting Q&As with directors or actors, as well as personalized tours and social events like drinks before and after screenings.

I love being able to watch French films with English subtitles and I highly recommend going to a screening with Lost in Frenchlation! They also do Q&As with the film's directors. It was a wonderful experience!

J’ai apprécié les films français sous-titrés en anglais et la possibilité de rencontrer de nouvelles personnes du monde entier

Great experience ! Lost in Frenchlation is the only company offering French films for English speakers. I regularly take my English-speaking friends and clients there, who have discovered films they would never have seen without these screenings.
The atmosphere is great, and the founder Manon often hosts discussions with the directors and actors. As someone who knows Parisian cinemas, this is quite unique. I recommend it 200%!

Manon is simply amazing! Her passion for French cinema is contagious. Thanks to her, I have discovered some fantastic French films. Her dedication to promoting French cinema is truly inspiring, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to explore this rich cinematic world she's opened up for us.

Lost in Frenchlation offers a well curated selection of French movies with English subtitles. Other perks include happy hour before the shows, and frequent Q & A’s with directors and actors. Great films, a chance to mingle, and a bit of French language immersion…what could be better!

I saw Bolero. The film was wonderful, and the piano recital of a Ravel piece before the film really added to the mood.
