I ordered I paid did NOT receive my order
I emailed and no reply Is this a scam!??

There was a mixup with the delivery address as the parcel was initially sent to the billing address instead of the shipping address Once it was flagged the issue was handled professionally and clearly and the team were helpful in resolving it Overall, the communication was good and the experience was reassuring

Really impressed with the shoes I ordered from Lorvinna Great quality comfortable fit and they look exactly like the photos Ordering was easy and delivery came surprisingly fast Will definitely be buying more pairs soon!

Fraudsters be very careful I've been scammed recently after making the payment I've received an email that your parcels been dispatched and still in transit well it's still in the air after three weeks I have asked them for refund they're just taking their time with no positive response no names when a fake customer service replied back then I've checked their business address that doesn't exist it's a residential house in Netherlands old people's home its a big scam UK customer are the victims I've reported them to HMRC another thing after checking deep they've different emails from Canada as well and most of their emails they're hiding their identities means no name when they reply back ip address is no where near within Europe so confirm scam.
If you do become a victim don't use your debit card pay from credit card and send the item back to Netherlands address by law all companies are bound to conform their return policy online not via email according to these scammers they claim that their warehouse is in China but none of us ordered from China we've placed an order from Netherlands as Chinese products are fake and cheap this is deception once you've made the payment obviously you will receive a fake product then returning items cost money to China where most of the customers get frustrated because of return costs do not deal with these scammers.
They have another web site with slight different spell lorvinia or lorvena kindly check as that's another scam same products same layout of Web site and has hundreds of negative comments means world wide scammers.
I have reported them and making sure that none of us get scammed again.

I sought a refund after my order was not suitable. Although I had to pay for my own return from UK to China my refund was processed swiftly.

DO NOT BUY FROM LORVINNA

Purchased from LORVINNA outfit arrived over 2 weeks when I had paid £10 express delivery which stated be with me 3-5 working days, 9 working days later it arrived will not refund me customer service shocking and outfit quality poor better outfits of SHEIN for a fraction of the price.

Avoid this site at all costs. I ordered a dress from Lorvinna for my engagement party and it never came on time and to make it worst what I received was nothing short of a scam. The quality was absolutely terrible — cheap, flimsy fabric that looked nothing like the photos. It felt like something you'd get for a few pounds on a knockoff marketplace, but at a much higher price.
To make things worse, the delivery was late, with no updates or communication. Clearly, this company is not what it claims to be. They advertise as a trendy, quality brand, but in reality, it’s just another low-end dropshipping operation hiding behind pretty product photos.
Save your money. Do not trust Lorvinna — you’ll regret it.

I wouldn’t even give 1* I hope you see this review before making a purchase. The company is clearly a copy of dresses I tried to cancel the same day they refused the dress was for my aunties funeral and thank god I brought a back up dress. Once the dress had arrived after two weeks!!!! Size S literally does not match the description at all. The dress literally fell off me and I wouldn’t mind the model wearing the dress is actually smaller than me so literally made no sense the bow is so much smaller too overall the quality is beyond cheap they’ve clearly tried to remake another company dress. Asked to return I have to pay all shipping including tracking to china which will lost a bomb to I won’t forget to mention that they don’t refund they only offer website store credit which believe me you wouldn’t want to spend it on there website ever again. They also have to receive the parcel within 14 days and it also needs to be inspected probably will say it don’t meet there exceptions because there clearly a fraud hence why they don’t give refunds ( AVIOD at all cost) it's giving Temu vibes even worst! It's not a luxury brand and there site needs to be band!

Scammers don’t refund and send rubbish copy’s from China

Scam. They are shipping from China, advertising lead time 3 to 5 days, order rrceuved in 14 days. When you want to return they tell you, you have to pay for duty and taxes for shipping to China same as for label. Quality of the clothes is poor same as their customer servive. Avoid!

This company is a scam! Don’t even purchase from it! The contact email is literally ends with @ gmail.com It’s not even professional. It says they are based in Netherlands. They not! They ship from a Chinese warehouse and expect you to cover for return shipping!

So I purchased £80 from this disgusting company to my surprise they or that scam idiot didn’t even process/ship it until I had to chase about it. It has been three weeks since. I email asking to cancel the order as I don’t want it anymore as it was for my graduation I tried to buy it.
But this company still ships it despite me telling me to cancel and give my money back!
When I receive the item, the item is literally NOT WHAT IS ADVERTISED ON ITS WEBSITE! I also saw THE SAME DRESS ON SHEIN! EFFIN SHEIN WEBSITE! But for £12. So clearly this shitty person is scamming people via this.

I email this person saying I want to return it and it says I need to pay for shipping as well custom duties as they only accept returns via China! When it clearly say they from Europe?!

I went to post office to check and they said it costs £27 with tracking (apparently this shitty company wanted to have tracking included if I return). They alternatively said you don’t have to return if it’s expensive to post, we can process a refund but only 15% of it?!

I’m fuming inside because this is exactly how these low life’s strive off our scraps! I mean it won’t be going on forever because lots of consumers are not going after these cheap new small boutiques anymore.

Also they deleted my order via shopify app, so I can’t EVEN LEAVE A REVIEW THERE. This is why you should trust TRUSTPILOT! They won’t have a way to delete it!!

Scam company. Advertises as a high quality brand but it's Shein clothes sold at high street prices. No way to return items so avoid avoid avoid

Honestly the worst company to order from!!!! Quality of the clothing is awful and I posted a return which they denied the got so didn’t refund me for my order!!! Will never order again and hope others don’t either!! If I could put minus 10 stars I would!!

Ordered my daughter a dress and was 2 small I am dyslexic and struggling returning it I emailed and asked for help and they sent me out another free of charge I explained was a special occasion and the mix ups with return all I would say is order next size up

If I could give it zero stars I definitely would. Absolutely awful website stay away at all costs. I ordered a dress that I needed for a wedding said it would be here in 3-5 days never did. I tried emailing multiple times no one got back to me. Then I receive an email saying I’m getting a refund but for only half the amount I paid for the dress!!! Absolutely disgusting and the fact you can’t get in contact with anyone about it. AVOID AVOID ADVOID

Dress wasn't what it was on the picture however when I contacted the company they offered a 50 percent refund which I accepted.
