I would give no stars, but have to give 1 to activate the review!!! Ordered sandals on 30th June. They confirmed orders for 2 pairs because apparently I didn't untick the special offer for a second pair in the small print. Told them I only wanted 1 pair and they replied saying that the order was now processed and couldn't change it! ...although they said I could return them once they'd arrived. Bizarre. Well, it's now the 9th of September and I've received nothing. So my credit card company are on it and I've advised Trading Standards of these people. Don't buy anything from this site....service is appalling!

I am another mug who bought sandals and should have known better.. The sandals actually arrived after 3 months but of course they were the wrong size to what I ordered. There was no reply address to return and no replies to 3 emails to Sarah Lorenzi requesting an address or refund, I might get a fiver for them at the car boot.!!!!!!!!!

Ordered sandals in June still not received in September. Sent numerous e mails which have not been responded too.
Company is negligent in serving its customers and is not recommended at all.
The lack of response from Lorenzi is a disgrace, politeness costs nothing and not to advise customers as to the expected delivery of ordered items is unforgivable practice.
This company is a disgrace to itself and China and should be dealt with by its countries trading standards.

The theme is they are crap , I waited weeks for mine they arrived today , no disrespect they are the sort you buy at the seaside for a tenner . Whilst I was waiting I have complained to my credit card company and Action Fraud . The credit card company are on the case , but said write back a polite e mail asking to return the goods and for your money back , they doubt I hear back , as the goods ,came from China

Ordered sandals on the 07/06/20 have as of 23/08/20 recieved nothing. have sent numerous e-mails and recieved nothing. there's a theme going here. so if you want to waste some money buy from Lorenzi...

update: got them finally 4 days after this review. not worth the money. fancy name cheap product and now the summers over i can't get to wear them to see if there any good.

The sandals arrived 9 weeks after I ordered them. If the website had been clear that it would take this long I would have not ordered them. I tried to contact the seller both by e-mail and through the website but did not get any response at all. Similar sandals are available from Amazon, I should have gone there. The only good point is the sandals themselves are perfect for my needs. Avoid this company and use Amazon

Well the sandals arrived today....package intact...only been waiting since March, coming from China and due to Covid.....opened the sealed package....sandals were wet and covered in mould,, 🤬🤬😡🤬😡😡

I have had the same experience. No sandals(2 pairs) after 9 weeks but payment taken. A rude response early on from a Sarah Lorenzi who stated 'I am not here to be spoken to like this.' when I questioned the order. No response to 3 polite emails I have since sent in the last few weeks. Tracker very hard to understand..cant tell if goods left China after many movements there but could conceivably be still in transit. I notice one customer did receive their sandals after 8 weeks so who knows?

Update on 7th August:
I can now report that the sandals arrived after 9 weeks. However the second pair were a size 5 when I am size 11. This was a mistake I originally made when clicking on the offer of a second pair but which I corrected by email immediately. I had been reassured the correct size 11 would be delivered as they had fixed it. Sadly not so.

Order never arrived. I placed my order on 4 June 2020 and it is now 12 July.
Update: It's now 28 July still no sandals.

The exact same has happened to my husband, received 2 replies both stating delivery 2-3 weeks, then blaming covid and now they have stopped replying to my emails.
I am now writing to the credit card company, thank god he had the sense to purchase on it.

Exactly the same experience. Their website looks legitimate but there are no contact options other than a message box. I have emailed several times. I had a reply from Sarah Lorenzi who assured me they are on their way but Covid problems meant delays. I have noticed there is a legitimate Lorenzi footwear supplier based in Italy and Sarah 'Lorenzi' is probably using this to hide behind. They have not replied to three messages sent recently. Has anyone actually received their order ? What action can I take ? FB must take responsibility for this ? Feel such a mug.

Still no order here either. Have notified credit card. Update: Finally received order. Sandals are good quality and fit well. So sad customer service and delivery took so long.

BEWARE OF LORENZI. DO NOT DEAL THEM. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT DONT DELIVER THE GOODS.
I ordered sandals in May, as of today 17th of July, I have not received them.
I have emailed four time but received no response.
I doubt that I will ever receive the sandals. I am convinced they are scammers.

I have had exactly the same experience as everybody else. I ordered a pair of sandals on the 31st May and have still not received them on 13th July. When I asked a few weeks ago where they were I received two very rude replies from someone called Sarah Lorenzi, who I suspect is the owner. The sandals have been sourced from China and, so far as I know, they are still there. Don't touch this firm with a bargepole is my advice.

Sandals finally arrived on 15th August. No receipt or communication. Nothing. Awful customer service. Would not use again.

Husband ordered sandals on 5th June still not received them as of today’s date 13th July. They advertise delivery in 3 days but according to the tracker they are still in China. No telephone number to contact them either. They take your money quick enough.
