Took ages to arrive. Chased them up and then hey ho they arrived. Nice sandals but not worth the money. Cheap Chinese shit.

Had to chase the delivery a number of times and was consistently (if politely) lied to. Was literally cancelling the order when they arrived. Product - men's sandals - couldn't have been more tacky if they'd tried. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! I'm giving the sandals to charity...

Waited over a week, no delivery. Emailed, Their reply was
they were sorry for my concern and would find out what was wrong. Arrived a week later, so tightly wrapped (no box) that they were crushed and permanenly creased. I ordered dark brown, as per their advert and confirmation of order. They were greyish.

This is a completely scam. I bought it on the 25 of May, they arrived 15 of June, they do reply on customer service saying they have had a delay but when they arrived they are poor quality. They seem to be taken from SHEIN or Chinese shop.
I contacted the customer service and they say I have to pay delivery if I want a refund and is abroad so would be very expensive. They are willing to give me 15% which is around £4. I do not recommend this online store. They also arrived in a bag, no shoe box either

I was certain this was a scam.
I placed an order in May and received no tracking info. I was then told there was a delay because the order had been lost, that the order would be replaced and new tracking info sent. I've chased and...nothing.

After posting this review, my purchase was delivered yesterday (16June). I was sent a delivery notification the day before from Evri but there was no update from Loren Amor so I had no idea who the package was from.

Their customer service did not respond to my last request for information. I therefore concluded that my money had been stolen, hence the review. Their customer service contacted me today because they had seen this review. They asked me to consider removing it or updating it before they can 'assist me further'. I've updated it!

I really like my sandals but I will not be buying from this company again.

Order placed 12/5. Eventually received on 28/5 after excuse made for Royal Mail pickup (I didn't know they operated in China!). Unfortunately the goods supplied were the wrong size. Loren Amor then refused to honour their responsibilities for a full refund or replacement under either there own returns policy or UK Consumer rights legislation. Eventually obtained successful refund after pursuing chargeback with my payment provider.

Ordered some sandals in the UK 13th May, still not received 12th June. Customer Service (Emily) did reply to my numerous emails, but each time reassured me that my delivery was on its way, or that they were monitoring it, or had sent a replacement. They haven't refunded me, which I have requested a few times now, so have used charge back through my bank and have been reimbursed. Not going to use this company again.

Bought a pair of shoes that looked decent, upon (very very late) arrival, the quality is awful. As soon as I opened the very poorly packaged shoes, the smell of paint made me gag. The shoes reek of paint. Customer service is basically a void. I'm waiting on return and refund instructions.

Order placed on 25th May, was told it had been shipped on June 1st after sending an email (to which I never received response) to find out what was happening, Evri saying they are still waiting for it, checked company tracking and that stated on June 4th that order was being processed and there is a delay, have sent another email, still waiting for a response, don't think these people have a clue quite frankly, have given up hope of ever getting the order and will try to get recompense from the bank.
PLEASE DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Be aware that delivery seems to be hit and miss. Customer service is responsive and polite, but lacking in honesty and accuracy which results in hopes being raised before being disappointed again. Very frustrating. All that is needed is some truth. I don’t mind waiting if I am given realistic and accurate shipping information. Too many references to Royal Mail when the actual courier was Evri. Order finally turned up 27 days after placing it. I am now able to report that the product is to size and the quality is fair for the price. If you are not in a rush you could certainly do worse

Ordered a pair of shoes on the 21/5/26 still not been delivered. Had the same email response as others, that the order has been lost. Have been told by Evri that the they are waiting for the package, but that as far as it got.
Have asked for a refund which the company quickly did. I understand that sometimes things go wrong. At least it was sorted out.

Awful compnay to deal with, lost my first order then claimed it was an issue with shipping.
Dealing with customer service was difficult and not helpful at all.
I sent a dispute request to my bank and they are now panicking asking me to remove and they will sort the refund.
Something fishy here

Following communication Loren Amor refunded the full amount due to the order not being received. Please ignore the previous review until I am able to delete as the system isn’t allowing me to do this. I have contacted trust pilot to delete this review.

No order received sent 22 emails in asking for shipping details, no shipping or tracking been given, told lost in post and 2 further orders shipped, again no tracking, i requested a refund told not possible as shipment on the way! I now think this company should be investigated immediately! I believe it is not a legit company based on my experience.

Ordered 23 May not even been despatched yet. Emailed them after a week - they lied saying original parcel was lost & they’ve sent another one on priority delivery. However the order tracker says it’s not even been processed yet. I’ll give it til Friday then I’m telling the bank to refund me as it’s a scam. I hope I’m wrong but I have a feeling I’ll never see the shoes.

Had an issue with the size, and it got sorted through customer service pretty quickly.
Delivery took a bit longer, but it was worth the wait if you’re not in a rush.

I bought summer sandals and I’m very happy with them. The quality is great, they’re soft and comfortable, and the colour is lovely. Customer service was also very helpful. Definitely recommend

Colour as advertised, good shoes for summer and range of colours

So easy to order, great styles and item is as described. Good quality product. Sizes come up a bit small so I would order a larger size. Very helpful team.
