Company based in China operating from Dutch office. Quality of garment awful, return procedure complicated and interspersed with discount offers. Actual returns must go to China at £25+ cost to buyer. BEWARE!

Don’t order!! It’s a scam. Item sizing was totally wrong and when I asked for a return label as per their ‘returns policy’ I was ignored!

Bought a wool coat. It is 95% polyester 5% cotton. Just not true. Took ages to arrive won't use them again.

Chinese quality sold for the price of high quality branded item. Funnily enough doesn't even ask your card security number and transaction goes through immediately. Do not buy anything from this company. Poor quality and takes a month before you get it.

Awful company do not buy from them. It took 2 weeks for the cost to arrive then they sent me out the wrong coat and then sent me numerous emails pretending they were going to resolve the issue and I still haven’t received a returns form for the coat. The coat is too small as well so looks like I’m stuck with an overpriced poor quality small coat that I didn’t order originally.

RIP off scam . Horrific poor quality . Trousers ripped across the groin area the second time I put them on . Item entirely different from the glossy website brochure pic.

This is a total scam, they aren't European, they are based in Asia where it Is impossible to return .
I ordered a 'Linen' dress for £49.95 which turns it to be a dress made from cheap synthetic material of no resemblance to linen, it Is nothing like the images on the website and is a total scam. Complete waste of money, and a disaster order.

A scam company!! The clothing is falsely advertised! Item wasn't as described so tried for a refund, but I'm meant to pay for the return to China!

Shorts sent were too small so I asked for a refund. Followed instructions regarding the return but then nothing. After numerous emails I was advised the return was “stuck in customs”. That was months ago so I have no product and no refund. Don’t touch with a barge pole!!!

I wish I had searched for reviews before ordering! The product (sandals) were badly marked at the toe and heel from how they were packed. When I reached out to Loravelle I received multiple emails offering a discount on a product that was not in a new state and unwearable. The emails became more and more persistent about returning at my expense and offered a % of the price as refund that I had to request they stop emailing me. The company lead you to believe they are a European, a Netherlands based firm but are actually in China which makes returns a cost to the consumer when the product was not in a fit state. I would warn anyone considering ordering to proceed with caution, knowing the company are not offering any support to you, the consumer, I would go as far as say that I would absolutely not recommend them!

While customer service was nice and tried to assure me that the quality of the boots were genuine, the boots are made of such bad material and look sooo cheap.

They look like boots you would get with a costume at Party City... the worst quality ever

Worth it tbh. Support answered quickly, can’t fault it. Proper solid buy.

Despite following all of Loravelle’s instructions when ordering, the item that I received was not “fit for purpose”. I am normally a large in the real world, but the gilet that turned up was of poor quality, and at best medium to small (clearly there is a labelling issue). The company make it difficult to return the item offering a percentage of the cost as a refund, which leaves me with an item I can not use for 80% of the original cost, for a mistake of their making. Whilst the company’s literature intimates they are based in the Netherlands, all returns must go to their warehouse in China. Avoid this company at all cost. I would give it a minus star if it were possible.

Not even the same dress as advertised. Sequin dress never seen a sequin. Awful quality and wish I would have read these sooner. Spoilt my outfit for my 40th birthday. Waste of time and money

Waited absolutely ages for product told it was 48 hour postage 14 days later arrived not a great product but reading reviews loathed to send it back..more hassle..wish I'd never found them DONT BUY

I can't believe I fell for this scam again! Last time I purchased a linen suit and I had to throw it away. This time it's a different company but again based in Asia. I purchased a gillet for my husband and it is not good quality so I tried to return it. Then I realised I had been scanned! They offer you 10% refund and you can keep the item - but the item is rubbish. You can post it back to Asia at your own cost but I doubt it ever gets there so you end up taking the 10% and vow never to be duped again! I will only buy from known suppliers in future (or check on Trust Pilot first!). A tip - if you threaten legal action they offer you 20% refund and you keep the rubbish item.

Ordered before looking at reviews, that was a huge mistake! They haven’t shipped the item, it’s been over a week now. I’ve told them to cancel and refund me this has gone back and forth over the span of 30 emails! Still no refund they keep telling me to wait for it to ship then return it! And in there words “ wait until the order arrives so that I’m not left without the item or refund “ It is stated on the website 1-2 days for shipping this is a lie and they keep saying it’s 1-4 days which regardless it’s now day 8! Absolutely horrendous company and it is 100% a scam! Disgusting customer service. Avoid at all cost chargeback has been raised

Their website is not transparent. If you want to return anything, you have to send it to China!

I wish I had searched for reviews before ordering! Paid £54.95 for a women’s hoodie that was such cheap poor quality and felt like a fire hazard! The company lead you to believe they are a Netherlands based firm but are actually in China which makes returns a nightmare, especially once they’ve sent you half a dozen emails offering partial refunds that increase daily to avoid you returning the item altogether. Very disappointed and would not recommend them to anyone!
