I thought the process was smooth, took a bit longer than I thought but that would be more to this time of year. Product is great, have used it for almost a week and I love it. Cannot wait to get on it for longer when I adjust to using it! Thanks for all the extra goodies can’t wait to use them too!

Hi Natalie,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. I’m truly sorry that you feel disappointed with your experience, as that’s never the outcome we aim for at Loovely.
We’ve worked hard to try and resolve this issue for you by offering both a partial refund if you wished to keep the items or a full refund upon return, which is standard across many businesses. These options are designed to ensure fairness for both our customers and our policies.
I completely understand your frustration, and I want to assure you that our efforts have always been focused on finding a resolution that works for you. We remain happy to proceed with a full refund if you choose to return the items, or the partial refund if you'd prefer to keep them. These options are still available to you, and we’ll continue to support you if you wish to move forward with either.
We are grateful for your feedback and are always looking for ways to improve our service. If you have any further questions or would like to proceed with one of the options, please don’t hesitate to reach out at info@loovely.co.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Best regards,
Lisa

Waist sculptor
Amazing customer service! Lisa is very efficient, helpful, and lovely.
I ordered the waist sculptor after seeing an advert on Facebook. I’m usually a little sceptical of ordering products from adverts on Facebook, so I did some research and looked at the reviews. I went ahead and ordered the waist sculptor to give it a try after reading some good reviews.
Unfortunately the product arrived broken and didn’t work how it should. I contacted the customer service email and received a prompt reply from Lisa who was very helpful and provided a solution after I sent a video of the broken product. Although delivery took a while, the excellent customer service made up for this.
I’m unable to comment or review on the effectiveness of the waist sculptor as yet, as my replacement only arrived yesterday. I will come back and leave another review after I have used it for a few weeks. Thanks for the great experience, it’s refreshing to receive such good customer service, and I look forward to start using my new waist sculptor.
