British Migration Solutions was the agent I used to apply for my son's first British passport. The service was fast and efficient and they even assisted me in obtaining an additonal document that was required from the UK.

Staff were always available if I needed help with completing the application form and they responded quickly when I had further questions.

In summary, they provided a very professional service and I shall definitely use their services again in the future.

Experience counts - due to circumstances outside of BMS's control, unusual things happen which would have a bad effect on a visa application that was being supported by a lesser experienced organisation.
