I've ordered from LookHuman twice now and I'm done. The first time I ordered three shirts. The only issue I had was that the shirts weren't great quality, but I can get over that. The second time I ordered stickers. I received a tracking number, but the tracking information never indicated that the item was received by the shipping company or on its way. I waited two weeks to see if it showed up anyway and it didn't. I emailed customer service and asked where my order was. After giving my order information, a few hours later the tracking information finally indicated that the shipping company received my order to ship to me. I received an email from customer service saying that the tracking information ia now updating. I emailed customer service again and asked why it took them so long to send my order. The representative responded saying that shipping companies were just behind due to the pandemic. I can understand that to be true in some instances. But you cannot convince me that they are running two weeks behind. It was obvious that they only handed the package off to the shipping company after I emailed to complain since the tracking information indicated that they received the package about five hours after I emailed asking where my order was. Then the customer service representative lied to me and said that the shipping company was just behind due to the pandemic. When I brought the obvious lies up to the customer represetative, I stopped receiving replies back. I won't be ordering from this company again if their products are subpar and their customer service reps are liars that refuse to take responsibility for or correct mistakes. I'm very disappointed.

Cool shirts but shipping was on the slow side even though I paid for faster shipping.

I have bought from Look Human in the past and have found the quality of the t-shirts are made very well and last. They take pride you can tell in the product they sell. I would recommend them to anyone and in case you are wondering the sizes are true to fit.

I ordered 2 items almost a month ago. I paid extra for fast shipping. I have nothing. No email with info of a tracking number. I emailed the company with my order # and have no response. HIGHLY UNSATISFIED. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Ordered some stuff on August 30th. Still hasn't arrived. So I tried to log into my account on their website. Oddly says account not found for this email?..
So luckily I paid for my items via Amazon wallet. I contacted them and they sent out an email to them with a return message saying undeliverable?..
So as of now Amazon is investigating what's going on. And until further notice either by actually receiving my items or talking to a real person at LookHuman. I say it's a scam...so beware!
Also this number is helpful if anyone else has gotten ripped off by this site. Victims of cyber fraud helpline number 155260.
Luckily I paid via Amazon and I will more than likely at least be refunded. However some may not be so lucky.
All their cute items will suck you in...but it won't matter if you never receive them. Shady trickery...

I have never had an issue with this company and I love all the products I have bought. I have always reccomended it to those who especially ask or compliment any of the products I wear.

Everything I ordered from here has been on point, from pins, masks, shirts, up to the hoodies. If I can give it more than 5 stars, they get 10.
