Order never arrived, was told it was confirmed that it had been lost by evri, I pay a yearly fee for next day deliver, was told another would be sent, still nothing, asked for refund but just being told different things and just going round in circles, used look fantastic for many years, have been put off by this as not just a few pounds. I have been very patient and now very disappointed

Jeg købte tre cremer fra dette firma, og alle tre var for gamle – De burde slet ikke være blevet solgt. Den ene creme jeg åbnede stank forfærdeligt,, De to andre har jeg slet ikke åbnet.

Jeg kontaktede firmaet, og deres kundeservice er decideret elendig. De nægter at refundere eller erstatte produkterne, og påstår, at de intet kan gøre, fordi “produkterne er åbnet”. Det er direkte usandt – kun én er åbnet, og den var åbenlyst for gammel. De nægter at tage ansvar og virker helt ligeglade med kundens oplevelse eller produktets tilstand.

Aldrig igen! Det her er dårlig service, dårlige produkter og en total mangel på respekt for kunderne. Kan absolut ikke anbefale at handle her – medmindre du vil betale for at fylde din skraldespand.

Angry isn't the word .. I ordered a beauty subscription box which arrived however had a missing item of olaplex, contacted they said it would be sent ... Also I was promised a free box which was meant to arrive with it ... I've now had a email saying it's been sent to my nephew who I don't see and isn't ME I CONFIRMED MY ADDRESS WITH THEM PLUS MY ADDRESS IS THE MAIN ADDRESS...WE HAVE Family problems ATM ...AND I Can't get hold of LOOK FANTASTIC ... @lookfantastic... Will not be using ever again ... Terrible service

I ordered hair products on Saturday 24th May 25 which should have been delivered on Monday 27th by Evri.
To date I have not received my products which vody me over £80.
I'm very unhappy about this.
I'm a long standing customer.
I had an email from Evri saying they had attempted to deliver my Order on the 27th but this is incorrect.
There is no trace of them attempting to deliver my Order on the ring door bell.
I need to know where my Order 671918805 has got to or has it been stolen.
Can this be investigated or I will cancel my bank details with you.
It is impossible to contact anyone from yr Company.

Mega nemt at bruge hjemmesiden kom til at bestille det forkerte og fik min ordrer annulleret med det samme og købt det jeg sku have købt på 5 minutter

Terrible, keep taking my money and sending my box to the wrong address. Will not accept responsibility for their mistake. Cancelled and would never purchase again.

Awful awful customer service. Have been a customer for 5 years, placed an order for £140, no one can explain why it’s delayed and now refusing to refund me. Have had to claim back through my bank. Will never shop with them ever again

Second time I have made a purchase because of the "free" gift and for it not to have turned up because it was unavailable at the time of order. Ridiculous and false advertising.

They sent me a faulty batch. I returned the product and now they are withholding my money. They stole my money, £45. Now I need to contact my lawyer so retrieve that money. Be careful, they are scaming people.

Closed my look fantastic account down with so many points I’ve build up over time! Over the fact they sent me a damaged product. Absolutely livid. Such poor customer service care. I loved looking fantastic as well! Super disappointed

HORRIFIC COMPANY TO DEAL WITH!

Subscribed to their beauty box and as a new customer was meant to get a £10 voucher, the voucher never arrived, I had to contact them!

I then had to contact them again the next day because I ordered a limited edition beauty box and as a subscriber I was meant to get a discount on the box, I never did, and was overcharged.

It took me 25 minutes to talk to somebody on web chat , who did not apologise for the wait time or the fact I had 2 issues in 24 hours which I had to use up my time and energy resolving! She just said she had asked for the amount I was overcharged to be refunded! Awful customer service!

Then to top it off the limited edition box that I ordered at 7am and was overcharged for has not been shipped out on the next day delivery I paid for! Nobody contacted me until I contacted them!At which point they acknowledged they had failed to ship it out and said they would try to get it out “as soon as possible”! If you can’t manage to ship out an order which was placed at 7am on the next day delivery service which the customer has paid for, you clearly cannot deliver a next day service! You are therefore mis-selling! If 7am isn’t early enough to place your order for next day, what time is?! Again no real customer service or acknowledgement on their response that this was now the 4th issue in 2 days! No offer to compensate me for all the hassle and failures on their part!

Honestly I order makeup a lot, subscribe to, as well as buy many different beauty edits and limited edition boxes from numerous online retailer! They are the worst company I have dealt with particularly when it comes to putting things right!

Customer service is non existent! The customer service contacts that I have received are not customer focused at all! Not one member of staff has looked at all the issues and said this customer has had a really bad experience with us! What can I do to resolve this for her now and how can we put it right? Staff appear to be very poorly trained and have no empathy

What else can we call when a company advertises a product to subscribers, with pictures, detailed descriptions, promo videos and all types of marketing exposure, but then, sends a different product to the customer of way lower value, and creates a lot of hassle to accept the return and refund of the product?
They send the wrong product but the returning fee is at the customer's expense, then, the online form to initiate the return never works, at least without several attempts and contacting CS back and forth and then this fee costs almost the same as the subscription itself, so most people would go: 'WHY BOTHER* well, because it is every month, and the amount of disregard is almost disrespectful.
It's hard to think of it as an 'honest mistake' when it happens every month.

Jeg vil sige at det var nemt og hurtigt at købe, dog vil jeg sige det måske er lidt træls at man ikke kan vælge hvor ens pakke skal hentes eller bare vide hvor den bliver leveret. Det ville også være rart hvis man kunne betale med mobile pay. Lige nu ville jeg sige det er rart at handle med lookfantastic men nu ser vi hvordan det ellers går når jeg modtager min pakke ☺️

Absolutely appalling customer service. Placed a massive order of over £300 worth of goods. Parcel of course been delivered by Evri and has now gone missing. Look fantastic will neither issue me a new parcel or a refund and keep trying to palm me off by waiting and waiting. Was speakimg with Mafungwase and he cut me off. I am unable to get any form of resolution from them and now left out of pocket and no parcel.

Det var lidt svært at finde ud af hvordan jeg skulle kontakte dem (havde købt et produkt der desværre var defekt) men da jeg først fandt frem til det, var der ingen problemer, hurtigt svar, god service og jeg har fået mine penge retur.
