This would be the First and `LAST time I would ever purchase anything from Look Fanstastic.

In summary I purchased (fortunately not much since its my first trial on this company) and very weirdly the delivery address is completely wrong. I live in London and the address was recorded in Dundee. I only noticed it when I tried to track my delivery.

The chat system on LF doesnt work well either. You can't track history and so the next day always having to go through the whole issues again.

I explained to LF that I am adamant that it is imposible for me to make up an address in a completely different county I have not even been before. I called Royal Mail and was actually told by the person who said they find this happens occasionally with big companies that somehow the system auto register a different address.

I received no empathy from LF although I explained this is genuiney not my mistake. In any case all payments made online are verified with billing address so I had to verify my home address.

Customer service is poor, no contact number to speak to a person. Chat quickly closed down.

I tend to spend a lot on beauty products each month so I'd never go back to purchase anything from LF.

I ordered returned an £60 Elemis product as I had l it in a Xmas set as a present. It was sent back to me and when questioned apparently it had ‘been opened and used’ when I hadn’t even got it out the delivery box! Absolutely livid and no help from customer service

Good deals and normally okay delivery times

Jeg har modtaget en shampoo med hvad der ligner enten mug eller snavs i, og det er virkelig svært at komme i kontakt med kundeservice. Jeg har prøvet at skrive i deres chat, men får bare et svar med at de har for travlt og jeg kan prøve igen senere. Virkelig ærgerligt, for de har ellers mærker der er svære at få fat i andre steder.

Really poor site, they pull you in with 15% off when you download the app, then that discount code isn’t applicable to anything you buy! You are offered a free razor start kit worth £9.95 but it’s no where to be found in their website after you’ve made the order. Not good at all.

Delivery date is always faster than expected!

I am encountering anissue with a subscription, I am not able to get through on the chat to anyone who is able to help. I have paid for a 3 month subscription for my daughter which we are not able to access. No-one from CS is responding to us and I need to get this sorted out before I escalate. Help! All we want is someone to talk to so we can rectify what is a very easy issue to correct.

App is really bad.. And weird products, which are unavailable in DK. 😕

I was missing a perfume in my monthly beauty box I messaged customer service they advised it would be sent in the march box I received the March box and still no perfume contacted customer service again (nicole) and instead of just sending out my item as they have made this mistake twice now they have asked my to take pictures of the box and check the sticker to see if it says fed line of bed line. DISGRACEFUL customer service you have already kept me waiting 2 months instead of sending silly messages asking my for pointless information you should of told me you would send out my missing item. If I do not receive it soon I will be cancelling my subscription I've used this site for years it's fine as long as you don't have a problem and need to contact customer service unless you speak to Chris they are the only one that sorts things out for you I wish I had spoken to them this time. I'm just about to go away on holiday and have been internet shopping for all my things to go away with. Look fantastic has been by far the easiest and nicest shopping experience I've had. There's been no fuss, the website is incredibly user friendly and yet again I've had a positive shopping experience, I've ordered through them before and when I needed to speak to someone, I was able to speak to a human customer service agents and the issue was resolved. Once again I return, I placed my order 2 days ago and I've just received my order through the door 5 mins before it was supposed to arrive. If only this was how easy they all where because trying to prepare myself for going away with the other shops I have used has been very frustrating

I’ve been a loyal subscriber to the monthly beauty box, but their customer service is beyond disappointing. Last month, the most expensive item was missing from my box, and when I contacted them, they assured me it would be included in this month’s box.

Fast forward to today, I haven’t received my box, it’s not showing in my orders, and when I reached out, I was told it’s sold out. How is a subscription box sold out when I have an active subscription? Not only am I missing this month’s box, but they also still owe me the missing product from last month.

At this point, it feels like a scam. No communication, no resolution, just taking customers’ money with no accountability. Avoid at all costs!

Ordered a item , didn’t arrive , customer service is awful and you can’t talk to a actual person , waiting for a refund them saying I’ll get it when they get it back from non existing delivery , never again

I had the beauty box subscription, cancelled it 3rd January and received confirmation that the cancellation was going through. Charged me in February for a box and tried charging again in March. I've got emails stating its cancelled, I have a direct message from them in February stating its cancelled but still showing as active in my account even though I cancelled through my account in January. It's an endless round of nonsense trying to get them to sort it. Still saying they will keep trying to charge me until I cancel, which I have, 2 months ago now. Dont take subscriptions with this company, it's really not worth the hassle
Edited - Amazingly to make this look like a dodgy review Look Fantastic has said they can't locate my account yet it's the very same account they've cancelled this morning. Convenient

My item has been lost by EVRI and I did at first get a response on the chat (however this took ages) saying a replacement would be sent but since then I have tried to chase this 3 more times on the chat to Scarlette, Sandra and today Samantha (are they even real people?) and they all ask the same questions and then just disappear from the chat. Absolutely awful customer service. I have been a loyal customer in the past but will avoid in future. Very frustrating not to be able to phone anyone.
