The hat ordered appears to be of good quality, it has been made well and looks decent . My only disappointment is that the brim, is a bit too big for my taste. It’s not the brim size I wanted to walk around town with. If it had been half the size, it would have been perfect. But quality is what this hat is about.

Have received better product from Temu. Absolute scam of a company, product is so poor quality.

Ik heb een paar weken geleden een bestelling geplaatst en nog steeds niets ontvangen. Ik heb meerdere keren contact opgenomen via e-mail, maar krijg helemaal geen reactie. De communicatie is erg slecht en ik heb geen idee waar mijn bestelling blijft.

Op basis van mijn ervaring kan ik deze webshop helaas niet aanbevelen. Ik hoop alsnog een oplossing of een terugbetaling te krijgen.

Ordered a hat that never arrived. They sent some fake confirmation it did despite USPS claiming it did not. Absolutely a scam.

The quality of the hat is a JOKE! please do not waste your money.

If I could give zero I would. I’ve since argued the charges with my credit card company for a full credit.

45 days ago I placed an order VIP shipping 3-7 days, at 7 days I reached out and asked for shipping refund - as my item did not even leave “Italy” in that time. “Nope we don’t issue credits - um you lied - you procured a company to ship your items that never could meet the 3-7 day time frame (asked them to prove me wrong/ couldn’t/didn’t) they keep sending the same shipping link “claiming” 30 days ago they spoke with them fast track my shipment. Well now I’m 45 days away from my shipping date and paying VIP shipping 3 to 7 days and I still have not got my order terrible company to work with. I wouldn’t recommend it. They don’t stand behind the service they contractually enter into with their customers.
I’ve since argued the charges with my bank and I’ve informed the company to work back with their courier company to get their item back in about 45+ days.

Do not order from this company! They are a fraud! I ordered in January, first package got lost, second package they sent to the wrong address and claimed it was my fault even after proving to them with my order form and information from the post office that they shipped to the wrong address. Been trying to get a refund and they refuse to email me back or respond to my contact. 100percent fraudulent company!!! Would have given zero stars but I had to click at least one

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. I paid extra for expedited 3-day shipping and my package didn’t arrive for over 2 months. When it finally showed up, it wasn’t even what I ordered. Now they refuse to send the correct item and will only offer an $11 refund. That’s ridiculous—after their “refund,” I’m still paying about $50 more than what the item they sent actually costs.
This is bait-and-switch behavior and terrible customer service. Save yourself the headache and shop literally anywhere else

What an absolute scam .over 6 weeks to arrive and nothing like what was advertised. Cheap as bucket hat ,crap materials .wouldn't keep the sun off if u were standing inside ur house .stay clear if these clowns .absolutely disgusted .

Arrived after around three weeks with decent packaging and thoughtful design. Clips seal tightly, and spouts work nicely for everyday use. Cleaver feels sturdy enough for regular cooking tasks. Reasonably priced considering the multi-purpose functionality, although shipping took longer than preferable. Overall satisfied with the purchase and quality provided.

Advertised some nice led lights, but what I got was a cheap string that does not reassemble the item they showed.
Got a tracking no. and followed the package to a lot of destinations in Europe but never to my country. Then I filed for a refund as the parcel probably never would arrive and Then something was shipped from Sweden. Not the LED lights I ordered, but something.
Filed another report for a refund and stated that I would return the item to the address in Sweden, but NO NO, I can pay double the amount and ship it to China if I want my refund.
Don't be stupid and fall for this like I did.

Items that arrived were not what was advertised. Con artists.

Paid for 3-7 day delivery, took over a month to arrive and when it did it wasn’t what was advertised, possibly the cheapest bit of lighting you could find, awful product, awful service. What’s most annoying is there’s so many of these companies out there conning innocent people it’s putting me off buying on line and the advertising on Facebook etc should be better policed.

Con merchants,sent low value items instead of high value ones purchased.
This is the oldest trick in the book ,usually followed by an offer of a partial refund to make the transaction seem legit.
Refuse to obey UK distance selling regulations and pay return postage to china (telling me to return to china)even though the parcel had a UK address on it.
Expect people to not return due to the cost £20+ ,that way a partial refund is usually accepted.
No this time con merchants ,on the way back to you,will take action with trading standards also.

The company have stole my money. The customer service team give bland responses. I have asked them to call me but no response.
They only stole 55 pounds of my children’s money which they should be so proud about.

So far the "express delivery" seems to be a complete con. Do not expect the delivery times to be anything like those stipulated and TBH the sneaky additional charges that occur as you are going through the checkout should have rung alarm bells.

Not sure if I ever will get my product but in comparison with all the other reviews below I dont have "1 review and a name that seems very suspect"

I certainly would steer clear of the company

While the product functions adequately, the two-week shipping was quite long. Price felt a tad high for the quality provided. Packaging was decent but not exceptional. Overall, it serves its purpose but could use some improvements.
