Actually ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ stars after two attempts to post a positive review about this company. Some people have told me that trust pilot doesn’t allow positive reviews unless you sign up for subscription since they want money from people which I guess is why every company on trust pilot has negative reviews just seems to be a complaining site. I’ve also seen people have reviews, especially on this company that don’t even make sense since I had a totally different experience so it seems that people can just make up whatever they want and trust pilot will post it. I guess I can’t really trust this website anymore if this review gets posted, I ended up getting their plate carrier and the raptor black line for my dad for his birthday and he loved the raptor, black line and also three months later he told me that he already bought the plate carrier that I bought him a couple of days before I gave it to him for his birthday and just forgot to tell me, and so I reached out to them and told them about it and I knew that it was above the return policy, but they still honored it and understood the situation and I was able to return it and get my full refund back. Also, the raptor black line didn’t have any weird tag indication or Anything like some people are saying that they were a random tag glued to theirs. Maybe you guys were thinking about a different company. I know that there’s like four or five different Longhorn defenses, but all in all great company.

Ordered a bore laser on September 4th and still have not received my package had to email company and still haven’t got any answer as to when my package will arrive tried tracking it and it’s says it’s been in California over a week and I’ve asked to speak with a supervisor multiple times and have gotten no response to that definitely would not recommend this bs company if you need a bore laser try tactical elite fast delivery service and quick response service

You can literally buy the "raptor blackline" on Amazon from the Votagoo distributor and they will have it to you next day. This company glued logos over the Votagoo label... charged more and took over a week to ship from overseas. Upsetting to get upsold a product I could have gotten for cheaper and faster. Thanks alot.

Some of these negative reviews are funny. I think I saw someone say they're mad at the company because he put the wrong address in at checkout lol, I have bought 3 tshirts and the raptor black line from them. Are they Amazon Speed? No, but what tactical company really is with shipping, ive bought from tier 1 and from gbrs and they both took at least 2 weeks and tier one took over a month. I got mine in 6 days. Maybe since I also run a business, I know that even if you ship with USPS it still says 6 business days to ship to my customers because there's just so much volume nowadays. Great bags and never had any bad experience with them. I think they missed one of my emails and then got back to the other email while apologizing. People just want everything so fast now, if you send an email, they want a response now, and their order to arrive in 2 days ahah. Like, order, chill a little and have fun with the stuff they got. I dont really write reviews but to see some negative comments was sort of shocking to me, like guys chill out lol. Just because you didnt get what you wanted right away doesn't mean its a bad company , keep it up guys love your shirts and your raptor black line

I order a running vest and the mavrix bag v2 and I only got the bag, I email costumer service and they email me back to email them in a few days if I don’t get the second part of my order, I waited a week didn’t got the order and sent 2 more emails and still waiting for a response.

Terrible experience. My order has been stuck in the same tracking status for over five days with no estimated delivery date or meaningful updates. When I contacted customer service, I was simply told to “give it a few more days,” even though the order was already delayed. The tracking information has been completely useless, showing nothing but “in clearance” with no explanation. Very disappointed with both the shipping process and the lack of customer support. Contacted Swift-X whom they use for shipping and they told me the tracking number I was provided doesn’t exist.. what scammers they are..

This place is a joke. I placed a small order and they sent it to the wrong address three state away. The company does not have a physical address or contact information except for a shady email. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and the Federal Trade Commission. I stopped the payment. They are trying to blame me for the wrong address, du.

pretty solid! really like the packaging but I also like thier logo and they where very helpful and they took there time out of there day to help me setup the laser bore sighter. Great all in all would recommend

They have been a great company. I know that they are a smaller business trying to make it in the big world of the tactical industry, so I have no problem supporting them. I bought their ccw packs and their shirts. Each came with really nice black zipper packaging with their logo and a free sticker and a thank you card with a discount on it, so if your worried about a China spam company, they are not it. customer service was pretty good it was around the holidays so it took about a day and a half to get a response but even amazon doesnt even seem to want to talk to me lol, the shipping was around 5 days I want to say which for this indistry is pretty good I just bought a holster from Tier 1 concealed and it took a month to get, so a lot better again some of my amazon deliveries have been taking longer than that so all in all cant complain, will buy again as they seem to be making different products alot⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
