Longdan Arvostelua

Great choice of products. And customer service was polite and efficient. Very happy with my order.

Order arranged and delivered within time estimate; excellent service.

Found shop very unexpectedly when visiting Borehamwood! Went in and was super happy to find items have been looking for! I am over the moon with amazing shoo and will be shopping there again. Have told family and friends

Longdan is a reliable and trustworthy company. The product is a good and reasonable price. Delivery was in good time. I will buy from Longdan again and recommend it to a friend.

Great products, excellent prices, arrived quickly and well packaged.

Just because of the delivery. I ordered frozen products, I was waiting for my parcel arrive, but never did. It was left the local shop, for 2 days. All bags became liquid.

Easy cooking and delicious I buy many time I love it

Customer service is absolutely fantastic. Speedy and helpful response

Have used their service twice now in a short space of time. One delivery to Wales and the other in London. Both products and postage charges are reasonably priced and dispatched in expected time frame.
Food was well packaged and frozen food were still in peak condition upon receipt. Thank you.

Almost items are achieved our expectations, coming on time and delivering with cares—great!

Delivery was slow - took a week, and communications were confusing. When the order arrived there was a lot of packing material to be disposed of. Two items ordered were unavailable. Apart from that the products received were fine.

This very good for food and delivery quick

It's fine, I just think it is setup for more personal deliveries so that if you want to order the goods and send them elsewhere you need to make sure that the previous address is not saved there otherwise you might accidentally send it to the previous address.
I work in a company who supplies them and sometimes use it to send samples of our products to our potential retail customers, hence my comment above

This was my first purchase from Longdan & I was nervous but I found lots of variety of good products and a range of lower & higher prices and some good discounts. There was a delay in the delivery of my order but Peter Le in Customer Services was very helpful and helped me with all my problems in a very quick manner and I received my order intact.

I order online coffe expresso G7 ...after 2 days the company call me and let me know is out stock....why sale products out stock then offer to me milk coffee.... update the website properly please.

Good products, came when expected and I even got a call to check my preferences for replacing an out of stock item.

Good service , customer service was very helpful.
And happy with the products .

Efficient,
All products show place of where they are made/came from which is very important for those who don't trust China products
