If you need to return an item they make you pay shipping back to China.

Less than 1. A terrible company. Sent wrong size of shoes, I contacted them, many times. They were not cheap. Received generic response. No action. No response. I will never order from this company again and strongly urge others to avoid them. I am new to ordering online, and there is a reason why. Buy local. Nasty.

Brutal. I ordered a 9 shoe. Got a 12. Customer service said , that’s the Asian size????? What??? It’s huge. My husband can’t wear . Do not order from them. Go to Amazon.

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS FAKE CLOTHING COMPANY LONDYX. THEY ARE TAKING PAYMENT FOR ITEMS THAT YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE. THEY ARE SENDING OUT FAKE TRACKING NUMBERS THAT DI NOT EXIST. I HAVE REPORT THEM TO THE FBI. THIS COMPANY DATABASE OWNERS ARE OUT OF MORROCCO AND THE CONSUL THERE HAS OPEN AN INVESTIGATION ON THESE THIEVES.

I ordered a pair of thier shoes in U.S. size 11.5, but got what look like a pair of baby shoes. They look like they are made out of paper. Crinkled paper.

When I emailed them, then wanted me to return the crap back to China on my dime, then wait for a refund.

This is the worst customer service ever. The size of the shoes that were sent to me were the wrong size. I have contacted customer service and it is one excuse after another. Im been dealing with Natalie, all of this id a joke. Don't order from them!! Im bor done with them yet. The shoes came from California and the office location is in WY but I have to return them to China and the postage is the price of the damn shoes. I was asked to take a pic ofcthe shoes showing the size which I did and bow it has to do something Asian sizing, never heard of this BS. Temu has better service than this.

My oder wasn't as advertised i order 2 pairs of pants,and upon receiving them were way different then the advertisement on social media. The demonstration showed how stretchable the pants are, well to my surprise they where not,and couldn't fit them. After going on BBB and reading other customs reviews mostly all was a 1 🌟, so with that being said ill just have to eat this one up. I will never order from this company again.

The sneakers I ordered were not a true US10. I couldn't even get my foot into it and they were really narrow as well. When I contacted the company, they offered me 30% off another item, if I didn't want to send them back. They refused to pay to return them EVEN THOUGH it states if it's the wrong size, they would. It costs over $35 to return them which is not worth it, as the sneaker was $42. BEWARE when ordering here. If you're not sure, don't buy it because you will have to eat the cost.

If I could give zero stars I would. The company makes sure you are aware items are shipped from the US but if you need to return anything they insist you ship to China because the shipping will cost more than the refund. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS VERY DISREPUTIBLE COMPANY!

The shoes I order were so poorly made and poor quality . They don't give refunds bcz they don't even want their garbage back! Highly recommend do not buy from this company! Shoes look nothing like the advertised picture. Buyer be ware!!

terrible customer service. Very poor quality and was sent a shoe size worn by a child. This is the type of company that gives China such a bad reputation! Returns, due the fault of Londyx, must be sent back at the customers expense and reimbursement only happens after receipt in China??!!!!

This company took my husband's money for a pair if shoes paid for through PayPal. They never arrived but as they said they had been delivered, PayPal would not issue a refund. They were never delivered to us, we sent a photo of our door and I complained in several emails to a Natalie, asking for a refund. Just kept getting the same email over and over saying the shoes were in transit! Make your mind up. You told PayPal the tracking showed delivered, yet kept sending the tracking number. Still waiting for proof of delivery.
An absolute disgrace, don't go anywhere near them!!

I brought a pair of shoes from this company. I order a size 13 and they sent me a size 7. They've refused to exchanged them and keep asking for mr order number..which I gave them. Still no response and, it's has been over a month. I believe it's a total scam.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from Londyx. I did not like them. I paid in usd. I thought it was an US website. It was $92.00 Cdn. They instructed me to return them to China. Another $30.00 Cdn. The pkg that they arrived in had an Ontario return address on it. I mailed them back on Feb. 4.2026. I sent them my Can. Post receipt and an image of the shipping label on the package issued by CP. I have sent these documents to them 4 times. They keep sending me form email replies. They are a SCAM. They will not refund your money!

I’m reviewing the shipping …. It’s horrible!! So far I’ve been waiting 15 days for my merchandise and still don’t have it!!! I can only blame myself for not doing the research I’m usually good about that but I took a chance !! Now when and if I ever receive my merchandise I will do another review!! Because if it looks like a 2 year old made it …… I will be requesting a refund!!!

Scam. They took my money, tracking said it delivered but to the wrong city so I immediately emailed their customer support. Autogenerated email said all good, it's still on it's way. I called their number but it's not real and isn't connected. Weeks later after me emailing asking for a refund they said "congratulations it delivered" and no longer respond to my email requests for a refund.
Absolute fraud

First of all the pants are nothing like they advertised. Took about 3 weeks to receive them. I want to return them because besides the fact they are not what I was expecting they run small and dont fit. Come to find out i have to pay for my own return all the way back to japan. If I would have knew that I would never have purchased them.

They advertise a pair of pants with strech and sent me a pair of pants that look like I stitched it myself and nothing like what they advertised no stretch. This is sad.
