London Private Ultrasound Arvostelua 

I arrived here for a transabdominal and transvaginal Pelvic ultrasound. The receptionist was friendly, however as soon as I went into the room the man doing the examination was very curt and was asking whether I've ever had an infection and that I most likely have PCOS and lots of fluid that isn't normal, which was really upsetting. Since then I went to a private gynecologist and they advised the fluid on the scan and all the notes were fine and I shouldn't be worried. In between this scan and my private appointment I spent weeks worried thinking there was something wrong with me and had a very traumatic experience at this clinic, which caused a lot of unnecessary anxiety.

I booked here because they had last minute availability, I could not be more impressed with the service and efficiency of all the team, in particular my sonographer Afsaneh Tehrani who was a charming and experienced professional and very communicative at each stage of the procedure which I appreciated. Thank you, highly recommended.

Worst experience ever. Was in a lot of pain so book for the next day I got there 30 mins early no one was there. I called and the women spoke to me very rudely and said your early just wait. I was in so much pain so I waited when she arrived I asked are you here for sono she said yes I said I have an appointment for 12 it was now 11:55 she shouted at me and said I already told you wait to your time, I said I'm only asking. I waited a bit more then throught I'm paying you £164 pounds for the worst service ever. I left a review on Google and they replied with you never turned up so they lie too. If you read reviews your see lots have this problem so lots of fake reviews. I went hospital found out I have cancer. Sono they obviously make money so think they can be rude but there gonna lose a lot of customers acting like this the receptionist must be related to the owner as lots of complaints about her.

These high reviews I really don't understand, very possibly fake.
I waited for my ultrasound 40 mins at least over my appointment, and I followed the instructions and came earlier. The place is a small, cramped, hallway, little seating with no leg room. Airless too.
So my ultrasound with Dr Pedram I felt was very rushed. Not all my queries were answered and if I didn't understand his explanations he appeared 'upset' with me.
So my results, not 100% sure of the findings nor the next steps I should take.
I await the results in more detail when the info is sent to me by email, (hopefully). *Shrugs*.

I am so pleased that we chose London Private Ultrasound for an early dating scan. I am an older mother-to-be on my first pregnancy and wanted some reassurance that all is going well.
The doctor was very friendly and professional, talking my partner and I through every image. She was very thorough and we were able to view images of our baby’s brain structure, neck thickness, major organ development, heartbeat, my overall womb health and accurate pregnancy dating all in 4D detail. It was amazing, and very reassuring to see. All our questions were answered and we came away feeling happy and more confident about our pregnancy journey. In addition, we were able to take away some high quality images of our baby.
I cannot recommend this service enough!

I have recently attended on two occasions for ultrasound, doctors consultation and blood tests. All of the people were very friendly and professional, and put me at ease.
The service is very well priced and worth every penny. Pedram (ultrasound) spent time explaining everything to me and going above and beyond to help me find out what was causing my symptoms. The whole process was very thorough with detailed reports. Dr Namazi also did a thorough examination and was extremely helpful. I will definitely use this clinic again in the future and highly recommend.

Excellent experience with Dr Pedram Aghaei and his assistant. I booked 2 scans and he was very professional and helpful, explaining me all the details in a way that I could understand (I don’t have a medical background). He also did extra scans since the problem I thought I had, was actually in another part of my body. Moreover, he reassured me and broke down all further steps to take in the near future. Replied to all my questions and checked everything with extreme accuracy. Overall, lots of professionalism, care and respect for the patient. I didn’t feel rushed, the Dr even took 5 extra minutes to finish explaining me the last details. Definitely that type of Dr that you need in your life. They also do blood test and have a GP, meaning that if NHS is overloaded, they can help you with no waiting list, and for affordable rates. I will definitely come back.

I booked quite a comprehensive scan package covering a number of areas. I was able to book the night before and receive an appointment for the following morning. I was a few minutes late trying to find the right address, but the Dr. and assistant were polite, efficient and helpful. Very satisfied with the service.

Dr Pedram did my neck scan and he explained everything for me as he went through his findings on the screen. He made me feel very comfortable and gave me time to ask all my questions. I 100% recommend London Private Ultrasound.

I’m very happy to have come across this place. I was hesitant at first as there is no Trustpilot reviews but after seeing some good google reviews and after calling and speaking to them I went ahead and got my foot ultrasound done and got the results within 48 hours. Very happy with their service and will definitely use again. Normally I do not have time to use Trustpilot to review but I made sure I give this Londonsono a review because that’s how much I’m happy with their service.
