London Ski Co.  Arvostelua

I tried to get a ski shop in Colorado to send me the turtleneck that I fell in love with. They would not take my credit card info over the phone and the turtleneck wasn’t on their website, so I went searching! Found it at London Ski Co and not only did I have it in 4 days, I saved money by shopping internationally! Will check with London Ski Co from now on, before shopping internationally the States!

I have recieved so many compliments on my shirt. I ordered the XL because I didn’t want it to fit tight like a base layer. I am 5’9 123 lbs. loved it so much and the quality is exceptional that I ordered it in white as well.

Brilliant service fantastic quality clothes.
Loved them.

Excellent customer service. Order was delivered before 9am the next day. Contacted the store to check product info before placing order, and received a response to query almost immediately. Will definitely order from this site again.

The website is misleading on return & refund.

Customer service is poor. I didn't get any response after I pointed out the misleading information on the website.

I don't recommend this website to anyone.

Excellent communication and customer service. Excellent product.

prompt delivery of item as shown on website

I purchased a top and hat as a birthday gift for my sister and wasnt Told at the time of purchase that they hadn’t the top so when the package was sent for delivery I received a refund for the top and the Hat was delivered, if I had known at the time of purchase I could have gotten something else for my sister. I was surprised at this level of service from London ski co as my previous dealing with them was great

Muy buena experiencia. Envío rápido y llegó lo pedido.

I bought a top which is unravelling on its first usage, can you help me please? Many thanks

Fast Delivery
Good range of top skiwear. Fast delivery and happy with my new ski jacket. Thanks

Great mittens at a good price.
Quick delivery with no problems
Will use again.

The quality of my jumper is beautiful. Unfortunately, my ski socks never arrived on time. I paid for next day delivery, and my sweater came the next day. However, my socks didn't arrive even after 3 days, so I had to go on vacation without them. I guess it was more of a problem with FedEx.
