Took my money but not recieved goods and email not recognised

I ordered a hoodie from this company. It turned out to be a company from China which is not apparent from their website and means long delivery times. Ordered 10th Dec arrived around 27th Dec.

Item was faulty:
1- front zip not working,
2- threads fraying in a few places,
3- button on pocket in one arm that had no where to fastened?? Who designs a pocket with buttons that can’t be closed!
4- The hood was not properly stitched to the body properly in a few places

I then emailed them and they asked for pics which I sent.

I then re read their advert and it had described the item incorrectly. It mentioned multiple zip pockets whereas it only had one.

I sent an email asking for a refund and the next day they replied saying they sent a replacement. I have again chased them today for a refund and they again said they sent a replacement.. I have demanded a refund as I am not interested in a replacement. Given the inferior quality. BE WARNED. They have a high review but it’s not true, at least mine isn’t as described and was faulty. They haven’t so far shown willingness to refund me…

Don buy anything from this company, terrible quality £30 to return items

Absolutely shocking! They claim 6-8 days delivery, still waiting 3 weeks later! Do not use this company! Communication is awful!

Do not fall for the lovely pictures - this is a total scam site designed purely to take money from people and deliver sub-standard products from China.

When they do come the garments are terrible quality and most definitely nowhere near matching the items you see on the site. Takes forever to ship from China (this is NOT a UK company) and return process an absolute disgrace - you do not get full refund unless you pay to ship the item back to China which costs more than the item itself - if it can even be shipped back at all. They offer you 15% if you choose to keep the item thus keeping 85%. Shocking. Total waste of time and effort.

Avoid at all costs. Do not attempt to buy from here as you will be bitterly disappointed and angry.

DO NOT USE!!!! Really really poor quality imported from China took nearly a month to arrive.

Product ordered 4/12/2024. Still not arrived. Appalling.

The quality of the clothing is poor. It is not as described, took ages to arrive.it is also so expensive to return if not satisfied it's not worth it.
Be warned read the terms and conditions before buying.

Cheap Tacky Nasty jacket, no labels no washing instructions ordered large but received an item that was small. Based in china not in London. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY ABSOLUTE RIP OFF. THESE COMPANIES SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO ADVERTISE ON SOCIAL MEDIA !!!!

I wouldn’t even give them one star! Absolutely disgraceful company…. I’m 4 weeks waiting now for goods…. Says quick delivery! Utter crap! Do not buy anything from this company!

I ordered a present for my daughter over 3 and half weeks ago and the item has still not arrived.

I had not realised that this company was based in China otherwise I would have never placed the order.

The item is still apparently in transit and apparently I can not stop the delivery. Their website states delivery is 5 to 10 working days. Absolutely appaulled.

This is a scam company. The items they eventually send are cheap tacky and unusable fit only for the bin. The return process charges more than the value of the item and they then offer you a 15% refund to resolve your complaint. Do not touch with a bargepole. I wish I had read these reviews before I bought, like many others. Lesson learned

London's Finest offers cheap utter crap. Spent £70 on 2 jumpers. Even by Chinese standards these are awful.

Update...told them they were cr*p. Email offered me 15% back to keep them. I could 'give them as a present'. I can't think of anyone I dislike that much as to insult them with this garbage.. Anyway if I knew anyone I disliked enough to want to give them to, then I wouldn't give them a present.
Update.Having suggested a less than salubrious resting place for my items, they sent me another 5% refund. That's 20% in total. Their FB page gives a 90% Trust pilot rating... .lies.

What a rip off,have reported them to Trading Standards, they should be made to stop advertising, as its just a scam, poor service, very poor quality product, can get better on the markets at a fraction of the price. And when you realise you've been conned, trying to get a refund is a joke,but the only one's laughing are them, there a disgrace please don't waste your money.

London's Finest, with one factory, based in China??! Purchased two hoodies that looked good. Took three weeks to arrive and are shocking quality. Looked on Temu and came across the same things for c.£5!! Returns are at your own cost, which is sizeable to China. Do not use this company!!

I was conned. Bad quality clothes from China sold on a website pretending to be a London shop. Coats looked nothing like on the website, cheap material, badly made and I couldn't get a refund. Lesson learnt.

Absolutely the worst online shopping ever. Great photos of good looking clothing items on their website, seem reasonably priced with free shipping.
What is delivered is extremely poor quality material items that looks nothing like the photo.
When a refund is requested, they state returns must be sent to Asia and offer a small percentage refund, as they know returns are not feasible.
Complete rip off! Avoid at all costs..

Londons finest / Melbourne finest they forgot to mention China’s finest rubbish.
Read the returns policy it tells you all, you will lose your money as it costs more to return the items than their worth.
