Card i order wasn’t instock, London contacted me straight away and offered either new card select or refund and were quick when asked for refund. Cards also arrived in time and really good condition.... Näytä lisää

Really focus on exceeding customer expectations
Great service. I have ordered a few times and all but one they have delivered exactly what I wanted when I was expecting it.
On the other time they sent me an apologetic email saying they couldn’t find what I had ordered; which is understandable with such a lot of cards. But they did everything they could to make me whole, offering me alternatives, cash back or credit. I selected a few cards (which were of greater value than the one I missed out on) and they sent those along with a few others.
I was really pleased. Made what was essentially an error on their side into such a positive experience.

Good all round experience
