London House Removals Ltd Arvostelua

We did an extensive video survey of our possessions, showing everything we had in detail in addition to an in-depth written survey. This took quite a long time, as LHR wanted to see EVERYTHING. They returned a quote that seemed reasonable. After we accepted their quote, they came back with a ‘revised’ quote that was nearly double the original one. Needless to say, we won’t be using them now or ever.

Daniel arranged my removal and was very helpful and made me feel at ease. Then on the removal day Chris and Adam were very nice and made everything run smoothly. They arrived on time, were very professional and very respectful, everything was on time as arranged and my new home was a 1 1/2 hour journey . I was so pleased with them and would definitely recommend this company. Thank you Daniel for all your help and to Chris and Adam for taking the stress out of my move.

We had an excellent experience using this service. Matty and Jarek were extremely polite and moved our belongings with a lot of care and respect, they were very pleasant. Thank you so much for your help, would definitely recommend and use the service again.

I had a fantastic experience with London House Removals and couldn’t recommend them more highly. Amar and Adam were absolutely brilliant on moving day. They handled some very heavy oak furniture with ease, navigated a challenging parking situation without any fuss, and even dismantled and reassembled my king-size bed efficiently. Nothing was too much trouble, and they did it all with a positive attitude and a smile.
I was especially impressed with how carefully everything was handled—my furniture was thoroughly wrapped and protected, and everything arrived in perfect condition. Moving into a new build, I’ve noticed quite a few neighbours ended up with scuffed front doors or marked walls during their moves, but in my case, there wasn’t a single mark on my door or freshly painted walls. On top of all that, their pricing was very competitive, which made the service even more impressive. Amar and Adam are true professionals—hardworking, skilled, and genuinely warm and friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.

I have used LHR for a couple of house moves in the last year or so and both times they were brilliant. The guys were all, universally, very friendly and knowledgable and just cracked on with getting us moving, much appreciated during the stress of a move. Quotes are reasonably priced and the pricing structure gives enough flexibility to reflect the reality of moving house.

I didn't expect to be using them again for a while until I was left high and dry by a furniture delivery company that left a wardrobe blocking my entrance just before 5pm. I decided to call LHR to see if they could help and the next day their handyman Adrian, and the owner Kris (both true professionals) did a cracking job of taking it apart and rebuilding it upstairs.

Having dealt with a few other removals companies who have delivered furniture to me, London House Removals are head and shoulders above some of the other removals companies and are a company that can be trusted to just get on with what you need from them. They are also a great group of professional guys who clearly want to be there which is different to some of their competitors!

I would recommend Kris, Daniel and the whole team without hesitation as anyone's first and only point of contact if moving house in North/East London and the surrounding area.

After a stressful experience with AnyVan, switching to London House Removals was like night and day. Their professionalism is unmatched; they even insisted on payment only after the service was fully completed, despite my offer of a deposit—a rare level of transparency and trust. The crew were incredibly skilled, navigating heavy furniture through narrow, awkward stairs without a single scratch on the items or the walls.
What really stood out was their patience and time management. Despite some of my own messy packing and a baby in the house, they remained calm, efficient, and exceptionally helpful throughout the day. The pricing was completely transparent with zero hidden charges or "last-minute" surprises. If you want a stress-free move with a team that actually treats your belongings with respect, look no further. This is the gold standard for London movers.

I had a great experience with this company during our move from London to Cheltenham.
Chris was very friendly, professional and extremely organised. He worked very efficiently and handled all of our belongings with great care. It was clear he has a lot of experience. Everything was transported safely and arrived in perfect condition without any damage.
I was also very impressed by how professionally the whole company operates, from the first communication to the moving day itself. Everything was clear, well organised and stress-free.
Chris worked hard the whole day and kept a positive attitude, which made a big difference during what could have been a stressful move.
I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable and professional movers.

We first communicated with Daniel, who was calm, confident and reassuring from the very beginning. He immediately made us feel that we were in safe hands.
On the day of our big move, Chris arrived right on time. The moment we met him, we knew he was amazing – kind, respectful, friendly and incredibly helpful. We truly cannot express enough how satisfied and grateful we are.
We were moving from London to Cheltenham and were very worried about the parking situation at our new place. Chris was not only patient and understanding, but absolutely brilliant at solving the problem. If it wasn't for him, we would have had to carry everything much further, which would have made unloading the van extremely difficult. Instead of getting stressed or blaming us for not knowing the area, he stayed calm and found the perfect parking spot – an opportunity we didn’t even notice, but he did. Thanks to him, everything went smoothly.
From the bottom of our hearts, Chris, you were truly amazing and we are incredibly grateful.
We also want to mention how happy we were with the quote we received. It felt fair and honest, unlike some large companies that charge unreasonable prices. It really felt like we were treated with respect rather than just being another customer.
Thank you again for such a professional and human service. We would highly recommend you to anyone looking for a stress-free move.

I was let down by another removal firm, and read how London House Removals had stepped in to help another client in a similar position. They were excellent. Daniel and his team were sensitive to costs, ensuring I had the right package for my household - saving me money where possible. The team of packers and removers were outstanding. They were not just on time, by early. They worked with care, thoughtfulness and professionalism throughout the day. Not a moment was wasted. It is clear how each member of the team knows their role and who has specialist knowledge of what. It was also clear how well the team members get on with each other - they brought joy to their work - which gave the sometimes tense house-move experience a great atmosphere! The kindness and respect shown toward me as the client, was heartening. I found this firm by searching 'trust' and maybe that says it all.

I've used them twice, once for a big pack and move and once just a move and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. They are kind, respectful, honest, on time and careful with your things. Keep up the good work!

The team were considerate and careful and went above and beyond. They took more stuff than we thought was possible in 2 vans. Stepped in at the last minute when we were badly let down by another company.

Great service from start to finish. The team were very communicative, flexible and friendly. Would definitely book again. Thank you so much

Couldn’t have asked for better service. I only really write a review when service is absolutely awful or amazing and these guys were amazing.

They made the move stress free and easy to deal with. They were very careful with everything, friendly and helpful.

We ran into a problem fitting my large wardrobe up the stairs of my new flat. They quickly problem solved, dismantled it and then reassembled in my new room. Definitely recommended 👍

Honestly, the most helpful, flexible, professional and dare I say joyful movers. I wouldn’t use anyone else!

Fantastic moving experience with London Removals. They kept the date blocked for me till we finally exchanged. Kris did the house survey and it all fit in the two trucks which meant no return visits. The team were great on the day despite the rain! Michael, Godfrey, Robert and Jarrick did an amazing job. Very happy to recommend them to anyone.

Could not have asked for more from this amazing team!
Where to start with a review for the incredible team of packers and movers who took such care of us during our house move?!
We are so fortunate that the team had a last-minute cancellation, so they were able to help us out with only two days notice, the week before Christmas.

Robert and Janek spent day one packing up our two-bed flat in North London, which had so much stuff in it, they needed two vans and a four-man team on day two.

Nothing was too much trouble. The guys were completely unfazed with box, after box neatly stacked in every room, furniture dismantled and carefully piled. They even thought to leave the TV plugged in and microwave on the kitchen counter.

Robert so kindly watched our young son while I gathered the last bits from around the place, completely going above and beyond what we could have hoped for.

At the other end, the team helped to move and pack the people who were moving out, not wanting to waste any time at all. Again, no complaints or even questions, just hard work and a can-do attitude.

It is only now that we are unpacking in our new home that we realise just how much care and attention they put in to making sure to avoid any breakages or damage to our many items.

If ever we move in to another house, we will only hope that they will come and help us again. Really we can't say enough good things about this fantastic company, who made a very emotional and potentially stressful experience completely bearable and in places, even quite fun.

Thank you so, so much for everything!

They are careful with their packing. They allowed us to leave some 'essential items' to be pack only during the morning of moving, instead of the day before.
