Our green roof is not to industry standard. I had to seek another vendor for them to tell me the roof was not laid properly.
When I let Steven know our roof was dying within 3 months of installation he told me this is normal and it will 'come back in the spring'. It did not.
He refused to bring a ladder to see the roof properly and refused to come back out after that. I cannot understand how he is still in business.

Steven also sent several team members out at different times and was unreliable with who was coming when. This meant the whole project took a lot longer than expected.

The team that installed the actual room in our garden was polite and kind.

Firstly the good thing: The guy who built our garden room was an excellent craftsman who cared about getting it right.
Unfortunately there are some serious problems. Steven, the owner, took every chance to increase costs once I was committed, despite claiming at the start that the main benefit of going with him is that everything is included. In the end I paid 20% more than the original quote despite adding nothing into the spec.
If you do choose to do business with them get everything you can imagine about costs and specs in writing up front.
