1 Star – Extremely Disappointed with Staff Behaviour (Ms. Debika)

I am giving this one-star rating solely because of the behaviour of one of the staff members, Ms. Debika, at the London College of Teachers. She was extremely rude, arrogant, and unprofessional in her communication. Her attitude was bossy and disrespectful, which is completely unacceptable, especially when interacting with educated professionals and teachers who have enrolled in their courses.

Ms. Debika seemed to forget that learners here are not children but qualified adults who deserve courtesy and respect. Her tone was humiliating and insulting, and her manner of speaking left me deeply disappointed. I genuinely don’t understand how someone with such behaviour could represent a professional educational institution.

My rating reflects Ms. Debika’s inhumane and condescending behaviour, not the quality of the course itself. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that their representatives communicate with professionalism, empathy, and respect in the future.

The course offered a comprehensive introduction to the subject matter and presented relevant concepts that contribute meaningfully to professional development. While the overall content was valuable, the organization could be refined to create a more cohesive learning experience.
I found the experience beneficial in reinforcing foundational knowledge and highlighting key aspects of the field. With further enhancements — such as a deeper exploration of complex topics, and more practical examples — the course could reach an even higher level of quality.
I appreciate the opportunity to have participated in this program and recognize the dedication involved in its creation. With continued development, it has strong potential to become an even more engaging and impactful learning experience.

I recently completed my Diploma in EAM and i must say it was such an excellent experience. The lessons were given on time and i had a wonderful Tutor MS swagata. She was available to help through the chats and calls. really appreciated the flexibility of studying on my own pace which allowed me to balance my studies with work. Thanks so much

I had an exquisite experience throughout my learning process with LCCT. The E-Learning portal was easy to navigate, the counselor and my tutor, Swagata were really helpful and prompt in communication and the course material was detailed and thorough; in other words, I had an excellent experience throughout my journey with LCCT.

I completed PG Diploma in International Teaching at LCTT. The entire course is online with a balance of test questions and projects. This was an enriching learning journey. Ms. Swagata was a very supportive and kind tutor, aleays willing and avalaible for consultation and assistance. The response rate from the institution is also very fast.

I am just now getting into my courses and my tutor Swagata has been quick in answering my questions even though we have a huge time difference. I appreciate Swagata being patient with me in my journey through LCTT.

They provide current and resource rich material at an affordable price. I would recommend taking this course for intellectually curious people as it leads to new occupational opportunities.

They have strong communication. The resources are very nice and educational. We had strong contact with the teacher (SWAGATA).

LCTT really doing well and their Tutors like my Miss Swagata, She made my whole journey and training so helpful and adaptable.
Moreover, All the team is so accessible that whenever I felt and approached any assignment related problems or any other general queries they have been vigilant in that aspect. Thanks a lot for making my journey so helpful.

My course at LCTT was worth it because I learnt a lot and the program was very straightforward and informative ,my (TUTOR SWAGATA)was the best because she was patient and always willing to clarify whenever I had questions.

The learning portal is user friendly. The content of the 150 hrs TEFL/ TESOL Diploma course is very detailed. I had excellent assistance from my tutor, Adrija.

The overall experience has been very disappointing.there is no proper placement support , the teaching quality is poor,and the sessions lack depth and structure .additionally ,fees are not consistent -I was charged 25 k , while many others paid around 16k for the same program .this lack of transparency and professionalisms is unacceptable

It was a wonderful experience with LCTT team. This course made me a confident special teacher. Before I don't know how to handle the special kids in my class. I could not find out their problems and I really didn't know why they behave like this. I am really ignorant about autism, adhd etc. The materials of this course is excellent. Each module I got detailed information. This course really helped me.
