First appointment with a new dentist at the practice. He was really thorough, took his time and offered me some great advice to best look after my teeth.

Great dentists - good and efficient staff- all round a good experience-would recommend.

I have been a patient here for about 15 years and I have always been pleased with the service and treatments.

In recent years Dr Gillan has looked after me and I can honestly say that he is by far and away the best dentist I have ever had. His manner is calm and professional, the treatment is always efficient and skilled and he provides all the information you could possibly need about the procedures, the options and your dental care. He also plays super relaxing soundtracks if, like me it helps you to stay calm.

I’ve just come from dental surgery now and although it took 60mins Dr Gillan and his assistant (Teresa?) made it perfectly okay and at times even relaxing.

Been going for a few years now and have been really satisfied with the level of service & results. My teeth are in a much better state than they were on my first visit. I've always felt at ease there in particular and I think they're very good at dealing with nervous patients.
The only reason I've given 4 rather than 5 stars is that it's a bit expensive. Their rates for checkups/fillings/the hygienist are pretty standard, but if I wanted anything more extensive (for example, orthodontic work) I would unfortunately have to go elsewhere.

I am sorry to leave a review only now. I had a teeth implant job there which lasted nearly a year. Dr Balwant Vekaria, Dr Terrence, all the assistants and the receptionists made this journey a pleasant one. I do not hesitate to recommend them all. Thank you guys.

I have been going there for the last 2 years or so. Excellent service. I would recommend.

Would definitely recommend. I booked an appointment here after not having been to see a dentist in 10 years due to a severe phobia and previous bad experiences. Suleman was fantastic and his calm and patient manner helped put me at ease. I’ve since seen two hygienists and they have all been brilliant. The receptionists are lovely and very quick and helpful making the experience run a lot smoother which I really appreciated.

Dr Gillan is an extremely amiable, professional dentist who made a usually daunting trip to the dentist an (almost) enjoyable experience! I had quite a lot of work done and am really happy with the results.. cant recommend him enough!

I've been attending London City Smiles since about April this year, after being very dissatisfied with my previous dentist, & subsiquent others.

Instinctively, upon arrival in reception, (staff are pleasant) I believed this was where I was meant to be, & things only improved.

My first procedure was a partial extraction, which other dentists had recommended an implant or root canal.
Because my tooth had fractured in a particular way, my dentist explained a root canel was not an option!!

I have never experienced a dentist with such a caring couch side manner as mine!!!!! 🤩🤩
He explains, reassures, in a unhurried fashion, is patient & professional, with attention to detail!!!
The second partial extraction was particularly difficult as the tooth was tremendously stubborn, however I was able to hold the hand of the nurse who assisted, & the nurse on my first visit worked with my dentist as a perfect team!!

I could say a LOT more positives, but suffice it to say, I now have a single bridge which has been PERFECTLY matched to the shade of my teeth!!

As a result, one of my friends has already signed on and choosen my dentist as I believe there's no better, we're in the BEST HANDS!!!!!!! 😊😄
