London Cask Traders Arvostelua

I've been managing my cask portfolio through LCT for just over a year now, and I couldn't be happier with the levels of service I consistently receive.

Special shoutouts to Alice, Megan, Billy, and Ricky for always being super responsive and proactive. They are absolute rockstars!

The whole transaction was conducted with efficiency and courtesy and all questions were answered to my satisfaction. Obviously the value of the investment will only be revealed at some point in the future.

I have been doing business with London Cask traders for3 years . Each time the transfer of documents was seedless . Polite staff and willing to help with any problems . The last cask I bought at end of March went same way. No hassles .

First time investing in this commodity, and after a little research involving reviews from other investors, newspaper reports, and information from other sources, decided London Cask Traders was ideal for my needs.

Staff were very helpful throughout the buying process and very good at answering any queries post purchase.

There was quite a large gap (couple of months) between receiving the ownership certificate, and receiving the photo's of my casks. This was because my whisky had not yet been barrelled. This possible delay was not clearly explained during purchase, but regular communication allayed any doubts, and I have now invested in further casks.

Overall, a very good experience and happy to recommend!

I had a Good experience with London Cask Traders no problem very helpful, polite, friendly made me feel a valued customer thanks again

This was my second purchase of 2 casks. Following discussions about my requirements for investment and the suitable casks identified. Purchasing them was simple and quick.

I had a great experience with London Cask Traders. They presented information on their business and answered questions in a timely manner. The staff members responded to emails and updated me with the process. Those with whom I worked were not overly aggressive. They were patient and professional.

Mark himself is pretty client-focused: We were stuck in a refund in which his intervention helped me sail through and I was honestly surprised to receive the call from him wherein he ensured the refund gets done as promised.
Andrew and earlier, Ryan who were handling my case have been attentive to the needs and been very respectful towards the whole process. It was a great experience and I hope to buy some casks in the future.

A suggestion would be that a client login is provided and the whole system of onboarding to transferring the cask to third party to tracking selling price of cask to selling the cask and payment back to the client is automated so it becomes easier to track from start of the process till the very end.
This would make the experience even smoother.

Best of luck!

Great company to deal with…. Staff are well, informed and friendly, not pushy when it comes to selling.
Have been to Ireland with them, to see one distillery’s. This was a really good tour. 😁

I totally recommend London cask traders as a great whiskey investment.

This is aimed at any first time investors with London Cask Traders who may be feeling nervous.
I started with them last February, and although we've had complications along the way, I can honestly say that they have shown themselves to be entirely trustworthy. In the future, I would not have any reservations about investing with them again.

Very Impressed with the service at London Cask Traders, they have always responded in good time and are very knowledgeable about the products. It has been good fun working with the team.

Mike at London Cask Traders was always very polite on the phone and was very easy to talk to. No pressure and no hassle came from the team when I was deciding what I wanted to do, just quick updates on what opportunities they had which I was very interested in hearing about. I'm pleased with the outcome and will continue to do business with them as I think they are very professional but also very relaxed in attitude, which suits me considering I don't know a lot about the industry but want to make solid investments.

I’ve had a fantastic experience with London cask traders and would like to thank Mark Biss for his help during my cask purchases. Looking forward to our next tour.

I am new to investing and I must say the team at London Cask Traders have been so helpful answering my numerous questions and have been very reassuring. I received the welcome pack and physical certificates just a few days after the payment which I was really impressed with. I am really looking forward to having a tour of the distillery in due course. Would definitely recommend London Cask traders if you are thinking of investing in whiskey.

Excellent customer service, thank you Mark for helping me purchase my first whisky cask. I’m looking forward to our journey together.

A special thanks to Billy and Brian for all the help and support whilst purchasing my casks. I never felt pressured or hassled unlike how some other companies made me feel, and I was always kept in the loop about the next step. The professionalism from all the team was next to none. Thank you again

Easy process from start to finish. Everyone in the team helped me along the way with any questions I had (and I had a lot!). Even after sale I had a few questions which the team were more than accommodating with. I am now looking at purchasing some more casks in the near future. Special thanks to Mark and Oliver for all your help!
