Awful company.
Workmanship is to a very poor standard.
When trying to contact them they ignore you keep you hanging on for weeks with no intention of putting it right.
Only care about taking taking your money.
Avoid dont waste your money.
AVOID SCAM! I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
I ordered 23 blinds, costing me a few thousand pounds, and unfortunately the majority were fitted to a very poor standard. Only around four of the blinds were fitted to what I would consider a normal standard.
Some of the blinds were fitted halfway down the windows, and several were positioned so close to the window that I cannot even open them properly. In some places, the cardboard packaging was still left attached at the top after fitting.
I contacted the owner to raise my concerns and give him the opportunity to put things right. Initially, I was told that the fitter was on holiday and asked me to give him a few days. A week later, I contacted him again and received essentially the same response. I was repeatedly given assurances, but nothing was actually done.
After more than two weeks of trying to get the issues resolved, I have come to the conclusion that there was no genuine intention to rectify the poor workmanship.
The quality of the fitting, the lack of communication and the way my concerns have been handled have all been extremely disappointing. When you spend thousands of pounds on 23 blinds, you expect them to be fitted properly and for the company to take responsibility when there are clear problems.
I would strongly advise anyone to not use this company or to do their research carefully and make sure they are satisfied with the fitting before making a large order.
I used this company as it was little cheaper but its definitely true you get what you pay for.
This company is only interested in taking your money and as i have recently found out have fake reviews.
I have many pictures of how bad the workmanship is and will be showing so no one wastes thousands like I did.
Really pleased with the service from start to finish. They responded to my enquiry promptly and arranged for someone to come out to check the conservatory and take measurements.
The gentleman who came was extremely helpful and took his time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed. He was friendly, professional and clearly knew what he was doing.
The blinds were fitted really well and the end result looks fantastic. They’ve made a big difference to the conservatory and, in my opinion, have made it look even better.
I’m very happy with the overall service and the finished result, and would definitely recommend them.
