London Blind Co. Limited Arvostelua 

After nearly a year of frustration with another blinds company (their solution was not fit for our needs and caused us serious trouble), my wife and I decided to replace our existing cassetted blockout blind solution. We eventually chose to go with London Blind Company, as on paper their solution would be fit for our purposes.

This turned out to be one of the best decisions we have made.

Phil, Fabio and the entire team at London Blind Company were very helpful and polite throughout the entire process. One of their best attributes was honesty, as they were fully transparent about what their solution would (and also would not) offer us.

The fact that they have a physical showroom was also a big plus, as we could see exactly what we were getting.

Everything went as communicated and planned, with the installation happening exactly on the date and time we booked when we purchased the blinds.

The installers were really professional and polite and did everything we requested when we placed our order. The senior installer, being a former carpenter, was also able to offer us some invaluable insights about how we could potentially enhance our setup in the future, which was very welcome.

Their after-sales service is also great - Phil was again very polite and very quick to assist with a minor issue we had post-installation and the matter was resolved promptly.

Based on our entire experience so far, we feel very confident in our purchase and we definitely recommend London Blind Company.

I just wanted to say thank you for the service provided, from the initial quotation/estimate stage to the final installation. We are really happy with the final product, it looks great. The service was professional throughout and the guidance/support provided was really good. We had an idea of what we wanted and we were able to get something that works for the space and looks beautiful.

Asked for a quote for some blinds, they said they do not come out, they take our measurements first, give a mid range price based on those measurements and you let them know if you are interested. As we have not seen what the quality of the blinds the quote is for, how can we say whether we are interested or not? We called 2 other companies, one of which is a very well known long standing company, both came out measured up, showed us samples and gave us quotes that were both lower than London Blinds. Not impressed with London blinds. We have ordered from one of the companies who offered a better customer service.
