I’m currently selling my shared ownership property with Alexander JLO. I’ve used a few different conveyancing firms over the years and I’m blown away by how poor the service is here. They are completely uncommunicative, and when you finally make contact - rude and dismissive. The sale is taking forever because my solicitor is incompetent. The other solicitors in the chain are constantly chasing him too to no avail. Please swerve this firm. I’m complaining directly to the HA too, as they are on the approved solicitors framework for some unknown reason. Dire.
