I had a bad experience with Lombard Odier. They lost ninety two thousand dollars of my money. I just wanted to move my Lombard Odier portfolio to another place.. They made a big mistake and lost my money.
For two months I did not know where my money was. I called them times over twelve times. I was on hold for than twenty five hours. That is a lot of time. Every time I called they gave me a reason for what was going on. They said it was an issue or that they were reviewing something. They always said they would call me back. They never did.
This was very stressful for me. I was very worried about my money. Finally after I said I would take them to court they found my money. I was so relieved.. I will never use Lombard Odier again.

The main thing I want to say is that you should not trust Lombard Odier with your money. They might lose it like they lost mine. Your money could just disappear.
