Lol and and the team is brilliant and provides great support to help achieve your goals. I have always struggled with my weight and have had a bad relationship with food. Before joining I never knew what to do in the gym and was going over my calories without knowing. Lol and the team have helped me loose almost all of the weight I put on during lockdown (before falling pregnant) and has helped my relationship with food and how to enjoy food and still loose weight (without feeling guilty of having a takeaway now and then) during my pregnancy I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes and without Lol I think I would of really struggled, all the meals on the plan kept my blood sugar stable and within the recommend range of what the doctors wanted, I know if I wasn’t with Lol I would of struggled so much with what to eat. Also exercises have helped a lot, with that is safe to do during pregnancy as well!

I've been a member of Team Embodiment for a couple of months now being coached by Lol and I am absolutely loving it. I wasn't new to gym life but I had lost my way for a while and I needed some structure and accountability. After following Lol for a while I decided to contact her for information and I liked what was on offer. The support is amazing. I've paid for coaches in the past and paid a lot more and haven't had the support and encouragement that I get from Lol. I love the app to track progress, the workouts are brilliant, challenging but enjoyable. I love that there and videos and explanations of exercise and Lol is only ever a message away if you have any questions. The food on the suggested meal plan is fab. Nothing feels generic it really does feel that there is thought and consideration going into my program. I have seen amazing changes in my strength and physical appearance in a short time all while still having night outs and holidays nothing is restricted. More than that though my mindset has improved and I am loving being in the gym again. I would absolutely recommend Team Embodiment to women of all ages and abilities.

Lol is amazing! I’ve watched her on social media for ages and then decided to sign up after 2 babies in 2 years and a body I didn’t recognise anymore. It’s only been a few weeks and I’ve seen so much change already! Not only am I still enjoying all the food I love, I have more energy and more motivation for other things in life too which I was struggling with before. I already feel so much more confident in the way I look and I’m excited to see what I look like in a few months!

Also a bonus… my husband and toddler LOVE the meals too, making it a win/win when it comes to meal prep 🥰

The best PT programme I have ever done, I’ve learnt so much from the meal plans and workouts. I feel so much more confident in myself my body has so much more definition in it now. I don’t starve myself anymore I’m eating plenty of the right stuff there’s no restrictions I can eat chocolate and pizza it’s great! Definitely will continue following the plans and transforming my body more!

The team is incredibly supportive, they check up to make sure you're doing well. They respond really quickly to any questions, if you find anything too hard or not enjoyable, they come up with a solution and amendments really quickly. Couldn't have had a better experience. Definitely worth the money.

I'm 6 weeks into my fitness and weight loss regime and I'm so impressed with this programme. I'm a 58 year old menopausal woman with about a stone to lose. Before this, I started another diet every day and by the evening was back eating biscuits. I heard about Team Embodiment from a work colleague and finally I've lost some weight and more importantly am building up my fitness and nutritional needs in a sustainable way. I've had to work at it, this is not a quick fix offering instant results, but feel I'm in a totally different mindset now and actually look forward to exercising and hitting my targets. The meal plans filling and enjoyable, and really tailored to your nutritional requirements and preferences, without faddy or branded foods. The team update and change any meals or exercises as requested or needed. The 3 x weekly exercises take about 25 mins to complete at home and are straightforward. All communication is quick and easy via the app with an initial personal communication by phone. It is realistic and nutritional calculated to fit in with most people's lifestyle and the support and feedback are invaluable. I could not have done this on my own and a personal trainer was too expensive an option for me. With Team Embodiment I get the motivation, support and accountability I need to stay on track. I would recommend Lol and her team without hesitation!

Fantastic team of coaches. Always on hand to answer any questions and are always super supportive. Plans are easy to follow both from a training and nutritional perspective!

I cannot begin to explain how much my confidence, body and mental health has changed since I started with team embodiment ! The work outs are so good and easy to follow im so much more leaner now and have lost not only weight but inches off of my body ! The meal plans are so tasty, I don’t even feel like I’m on a diet ! The support I’ve had from Emma and Lol has been incredible, they are always there with fantastic advice and encouragement and I can not thank them enough for the support they have given me ❤️

Lol and the team have been absolutely amazing throughout my fitness journey with them over the past 3 months. When I joined after the New Year, I was really low about how I looked and felt about myself, and ever since they have built me up and given me the confidence and tools to embrace and improve my lifestyle for the better. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them, and support is given at any time you need it. I couldn’t recommend them enough. They are fantastic!!

Literally the best coach service I have ever used! You get so much support, and it’s super easy to stick too! This is the first time that I have managed to continuously eat healthier, exercise and lose this much weight. I would definitely recommend to anyone

I just wanted to thank Lol and her team for providing the support to help me get back into my fitness journey and feel more confident and mindful about eating (in a good way of course eg being able to eat anything in moderation and not feeling guilty) and providing me with guidance on workouts and techniques as I did not have a clue what to do at the gym originally and how many calories to be consuming on the daily! I'm mostly v confident at the gym now as I have some purpose in mind behind it and am also more confident with balancing food and meals.
I really appreciate your help getting me going and encouraging me to continue. I would recomend Lol and her team especially if you are struggling to get into fitness and creating better eating habits xx

Lol is amazing at what she does. I can't quite belive how well her plan has worked for me, 39lbs down since the end of October 2022.
I was sceptical at first as nothing has ever seem to stick for me, always going back to back habits and the weight creeping back.
But with LOL, the plan is full of tasty meals that arent boring, still being able to have my favourite snacks so I don't binge or crave them. I'm still not a fan of exercise but the workouts fit great with my lifestyle and around my family. I do them at home and I still have great results. My confidence has soared.
Couldn't recommend LOL enough. 100% worth the money!!!!!

I have followed Lol on Instagram for a while and finally took the plunge and signed up and I’m so glad I did.
I joined because I wanted to gain confidence in the gym, improve fitness, improve mental health, eat healthier, understand macros / diet and sleep better - Lol has helped me to achieve all of that.
Lol responds to all messages, given me lots of great advice, she has also adjusted my workouts and meal plan when needed.
The app is great for recording workouts.
The meals are amazing, I have learnt that I can eat food that I would’ve avoided before because I thought it was ‘fattening’.

Would 100% recommend loldarbyfit to anyone who needs help getting into shape! I started my fitness journey around 3 months ago and the results I'm seeing already is amazing. The meal plans are brilliant and really tasty you can still eat pizzas, burgers and chocolate and still loose weight!! X

I’ve been trying to get to my goal weight for such a long time but I have never achieved it because I had no clue what to do in the gym and I would binge eat when stressed which took me back to square one. Since starting my PT programme I have gained more confidence in the gym, become stronger and the meal plans are amazing! I have consistently been losing weight whilst eating the foods I love. The weekly check ins keep me accountable and I’ve got a quick response when I had a query. I highly recommend joining team embodiment!
