I have been with Team Embodiment for around 2 months and I have already made some really great progress. This is the longest I’ve ever been able to stick to a meal plan - and that’s because it’s not a strict fad diet. There are loads of tasty recipes so I’m never bored of the food I’m eating and, most importantly, CARBS AND CHOCOLATE DO NOT NEED TO BE CUT OUT!! The recipes are all easy to make as well, so you don’t need to be spending hours in the kitchen after a long day at work. The workout plan is also very easy to follow, with videos of each exercise so you can check the correct form and the ability to track what weights you are able to do for each exercise. The team are always on hand if I have any concerns about navigating social events whilst staying on track, or if I want to switch things up with my meal plan. I am so grateful for all the support and am looking forward to continuing my journey with Team Embodiment!

An amazing team, so supportive of you while you’re going through the process and always there if you need help or guidance with anything. Millie was so lovely and always helped with my check ins and if I needed an extra push that week she was there to do it. While on the programme we sadly lost our dog, Millie checked in with me everyday to make sure I was okay which I really do appreciate and I think this is the perfect example of how they value their clients. 10/10

I’ve been with team embodiment on and off a few ywars how and the girls have always been and still are so supportive. Not just with your meal plan and workout plan but with any personal issues you have going on the girls are always on hand to be there for you. Millie has been brilliant with me the last few months and always gives tips and tricks to help you keep focused. Couldn’t recommend highly enough. The food plans are so tasty and if there’s anything you don’t like they will tailor to all your needs and allergies. The workout plans also are tailored to your goals you have so the plans are very unique to you.

I feel so lucky to have the opportunity to work with Lol at Team Embodiment! I have a much more positive relationship with food and confidence to challenge myself with my fitness! I feel so supported and check ins are literally my favourite part of the week!! I wanted a lifestyle change and not a quick fix and with Team Embodiment you are supported to make the most positive and healthy changes! I have been with a coach in the past who had me on low calories and boring meals, and I never saw progress. Since working with Lol, I can not believe the difference in my body, how I feel and my mental health has been so much better! She takes the time to listen and give honest feedback and is always on hand with advice or to answer any questions! The meal plan is 10/10, i actually enjoy and look forward to cooking my meals! I have workout plans for both gym and home and I absolutely love them!

I’ve been with the team for 2 months now and have had the best results so far. I’ve had a coach before who had me on very little calories and not much variety however this is completely different. I love the variety of foods and the training. The team are always so helpful with any questions you have. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

The meal plans and gym plans are not tailored at all and are very generic. Can tell they haven’t listened to my requests. So expensive for what you get, was expecting more

I never thought I would be able to achieve my goals without feeling like I'm on a diet, all the meals are exactly what I would normally eat but made healthier. The level of support from all the team is amazing and I couldn't ask for a better coach 💕

Really supportive, made me feel comfortable to be open and honest from the start. Keep you on track and motivate you to push yourself to help achieve your goals. Always on hand to answer questions and provide guidance and are genuinely invested in your journey and celebrating your wins. Workouts are great and easy to do at home and the meal plans are real food, you don’t feel hungry or that you are restricted at all! Would 100% recommend to anyone!

Really enjoyed my time with Team Embodiment coaching. I joined as a bride to be wanting to tone up and lose a little weight before my big day. Within three months I dropped a dress size and gained so much confidence. I found the food plans and workouts easy to follow. It actually didn’t take much effort once you have the right guidance to follow. I will definitely join again and would recommend to anyone wanting to change their lifestyle but unsure how to start.

Best coaching I have had and I have been with a lot of coaches. So helpful with tips and even personal life they make sure you’re okay. Answers very quickly. Lovely people. Best meal plan I have had, no restrictions. They really listen to what you want :)

£110 a month for a check in every 2 weeks or £120 for a check in every week.
On paper this was the perfect thing for me, I spoke with Lol beforehand and she was lovely, talked me through what it would be like which sounded right down my street.

They never said you only get 5 breakfast items, 5 lunch items, 5 snacks and 5 dinner items, they also never said it would only change every 2 weeks. They also never told me that only a few of the meals would change. So I had chilli and spaghetti bolognese on my meal plan for a month.
One of my snacks was boiled egg and carrot sticks. I’ve got 2 different types of jacket potato on my lunch and then also one on my dinner.

I couldn’t stick to my meals as they’re pretty much the same. I did complain and some got changed but then I had the same on my lunch so they got changed again.

It’s not what it’s made out to be!

Before having coaching I never thought i’d ever be where I am now. I’m making progress, lifting weights I definitely couldn’t before and I’ve found a passion for cooking good food. All of these things are done with so much support that you don’t even realize you’re doing it (unlike a diet!). Lol and the team are so supportive, they are your biggest cheerleaders. Especially if you’ve had a bad week, they pick you back up and give you the strength you need to carry on without ever making you feel bad for it. Thank you, Team Embodiment!

I started this programme afew months back to get me in shape for my holiday, I had afew wobbles along the way but was supported continuously by the team to help me achieve my goals , I was able to loose 11lbs in just afew weeks, in a safe and manageable way! The food plan and work out plans are tailored to your likes, dislikes and capability and are so easy to follow and stick to. I am so glad I contacted Lol and joined Team Embodiment. The coaching team are amazing! Emma is my coach and she is fantastic. She is really lovely and very encouraging. Emma always makes me feel really positive and proud of myself. I have noticed how my mindset has really started to change in relation to ‘bad’ foods, and I’ve realised that goals and wins can be achieved in lots of ways. It’s not just all about what it says on the scales. I feel more in control now and meals out don’t ruin my whole weekend anymore, and I can still lose weight!!
There are weekly check ins, but you can message anytime if you have any queries. Emma and Lol are extremely helpful and supportive. The app is really easy to use and the exercises and meal plans are great. There’s loads of choice - you don’t just eat salad all day!

Couldn’t recommend Team Embodiment highly enough! After gaining weight and losing confidence i decided to join Team Embodiment & i have not only lost weight and gained confidence but also completely changed my mindset. The meal plans are SO tasty & easy to follow, you don’t feel like you’re on a diet at all. The workout plans are again, really easy to follow with videos of how to do each exercise. Emma has been working with me for my weekly check ins & has been super motivating and really supportive. The best part for me has been the support from Emma to really help me understand how to work a diet around normal life, which is whats going to help me keep weight off long term.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Such an amazing team! I needed to have accountability with my weightloss to stick to it and the team have been amazing at checking in and making sure I’m on track. The app is super easy to use and works with My Fitness Pal to keep track of all your meals.

I’ve been on the plan for a month and already seeing results and getting comments from people saying I’m looking slimmer so I cannot wait to continue on my journey with the amazing team at Team Embodiment! 💕

Team Embodiment has been the best thing I have ever done, I went into this coaching after trying every way possible to loose weight and tone up cutting out “bad” foods but falling short all of the time.
Team Embodiment have shown me that no food is bad food all food is there to be enjoyed, they have given me the tools to understand myself and help curb my binge eating.
The support I have received has been amazing no question is a silly question, they have literally changed my mindset and freed me of the constant diet circle.
